I have started with this company since early September and my experience so far as been unpleasant, everytime I send an impression back, no one gets back to me to even speak of why they keeps rejecting my impressions, you sit there waiting thinking everything is ready to go just to find out they are resending another kit, I am so over them already, customer service is not good, wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else

Brighter image lab review

I've worked in the dental field for 20 yrs. My teeth are very discolored and I have white staining on my teeth due to medication. I also have crowding on my bottom anterior teeth. Needless to say, I was concerned about the quality and looks of any veneer purchased online. I did a lot of research to find the best company for me. My brighterimage lab veneers exceeded my expectations. The fit was perfect and looked natural on my gum line. The shape of the teeth were perfect. The crowding was gone. I was surprise how white they were. I chose original white and initially I thought I should have chosen the least white. After a day to get used to white teeth, instead of dark yellow teeth with white spots, I was so happy I chose original white. It took 48 hours to get used to having slightly larger teeth. My teeth had been shorten over the years. After 1 hour of adjusting to something covering my teeth talking was a non issue. Drinking was a non issue from the beginning. Eating soft food is doable, but so far I prefer to take them out. The material seems sturdy enough for soft food, but I don't personally feel comfortable eating with them. The bite is perfect and comfortable. Overall, my review is 5/5.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about the Brighter Image Lab Veneers. These veneers will change your personality to a more outgoing person in record time. I went from a grinner to a smiler within several minutes of putting them on. YOU will want to wear these Veneers when YOU want to look your best. I can't say enough good things about this company. Hey, I paid in full back in December. less than 14 days after that I changed my mind because I was told I'm going to need bone grafts on my jaw. I asked for a refund. I sent back the unopened impression kit as Monica in accounts told me this was part of the process. I was told that they would keep 20% retainer fee for their troubles and I thought that was fair enough even though no work had been carried out what so ever. So I sent back the unused unopened impression kit and heard nothing back! I got an email months later to say that they had received the kit (maybe the postal system was messed up with Covid19, I'm from Ireland). So I wait to hear back within 14 days as it states on the website. I dont hear back. I make contact several times and when I say several I mean, it's actually ridiculous how many times I made contact and had to repeat the same story over and over again and I kept getting told that they would flag it with management etc. Then I was told the refund request was denied, no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue. They didn't even make contact with me to notify of that. It was only after three days of trying to make contact that I finally got a very short email from Shelly to say it was denied, no explanation or effort or even advice on where to go from there in regards to the whole thing. Didn't even offer to send the impression kit back to me. So I got on to them explaining that they've taken my money and provided me with no product, that no work has been carried out and that I changed my mind within 14 days. I question why did they ask me to send back the impression system if the request was just going to be denied. They said they would start the process again as they said it was denied because they didn't receive the impression system on time. Nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state that the impression system needed to be received within a specific time period when paid in full. Also Monica from accounts mentioned that once the impression system was received that the refund request process would then be started. To date I have received no veneers or refund. No work was ever carried out on my case and the initial impression box was never even opened, I sent it straight back and followed procedure. They have failed to respond within the stated time frame (not the one in their terms and conditions, but the one I was told by Monica initially when she explained the refund process to me). They have also failed to provide me with any product or resolution on the case. So basically I'm over 1000 euro down with nothing to show for it except frustration and a very negative experience.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Its a scam the took $1000 and wont give veneers or money back. TOTAL SCAM. They are just going to keep your money and not provide anything. I stopped all payments and will be filing complaints. File your complaints my attorney feels there is a class action lawsuit brewing.

. They stole all of my money. They spent 2 months of my time and stole 2000$ from me. 2 days after I was to receive my veneers they sent me a letter saying I violated their terms. What? They won't send product and they won't refund my money. DO NOT GO THERE IT IS A SCAM.
Have filed complaints with the surgeon general of Texas and the us, the BBB, the consumer advocates group, channel 5 consumer justice group, filed a small claims and now officially retained a lawyer to sue to have my wedding rescheduled and damages due to this. I am taking bill s d his crooked company down. $150,000.00 lawsuit and that's not even the end of it.... I am teaming up with instasmile to create my own one minute webisode warning about brighterimage labs and praising instasmile. WILL BE RELEASED IN THE NEXT MONTH... LOOK FOR IT ! THE BRIGHTER IMAGE OF DENTAL SCAMS. I am not stopping until they all are in jail!

Beware! Do not order, they do not respond to your phone calls. I received the initial shipment and did not open as I found out this product and the impressions would cause more damage. They took my $2500 and have refused to return my money or issue me a RMA for the impression kit. They have flat out refused to refund any of my money even though they did not provide any kind of service. Again, do not order from this company.

I have to give a negative review based on a TERRIBLE experience I’ve had here just out the gate. I’ve been watching BIL’s YT vids for 2 years, seeing if this was what I wanted to do. I decided I would go ahead and get them, went thru the financing portion of it, as it says “free financing”. I thought a down pmt of $400+ was totally doable and then I could get the more expensive plus warranty. They completely take advantage and I’m WARNING you don’t take the financing. It’s a 50% apr and they’re KEEPING my money people!! Even though I haven’t signed ANY finance agreement! I just paid my first pmt to get this started...it’s a scam!!! They sent me online financing docs suggesting $3600 vs $1900!! I sent them an email calling them out on it, and they said the $1900 is the CASH DISCOUNT. Well this company isn’t supposed to be affiliated with BIL. The company is MSC FINANCIAL. So if it’s a CASH DISCOUNT, for which I called BS on, (and asked for every penny of my money back from), and said if I wanted to do financing, I had to pay FULL RETAIL. HUH??? It said on the site that they aren’t affiliated with the company. Guess they are people. It’s a horrible scam that they’re making a crap ton of money on people. They also say they need this money up front, and then they will kindly take a pmt EACH WEEK from you! I’m taking Mr. affiliated BIL to small claims (I don’t need an attorney) as I aTHANKFULLY own a home in Texas, where they’re at. I’m so terribly disappointed...like I said, I FINALLY took the plunge and went to place my order. I make about 12% on my money...maybe 23% when I’m lucky...they’re literally making 50 PERCENT APR ON THIS!!!

I ordered veneers from Brighter Image Labs. After following the steps required to complete the order, I received my veneers in the time expected. I did have to contact Customer Service by phone to ask questions about the procedure to do my impressions and they were very patient and kind. After comparing prices with other veneer vendors, I found that Brighter Image Labs veneers are reasonably priced.
I am completely satisfied with my new smile.

I absolutely love Brighter Image Labs and sing their praises for over 6 years. I am so pleased with the quality of the veneers and the customer service has been wonderful. I would recommend this product a million times to anyone looking for that perfect Hollywood smile for a fraction of the cost. BIL has helped to change my life and boost my confidence with a beautiful smile that garners tons of compliments. One of the best decisions I’ve eVery made for myself!!!

As of today it has almost been1 year and they cannot get my bottoms correct. My bottom veneers are double the length of my natural teeth.
I have been very nice and patient up to this point. It took them 6 times to get my tops correct, they kept sending my veneers to me with bright white cracks and uneven veneers, in my opinion very sloppy work. I have asked for a refund on my bottoms because it has almost been one year, and I do not have my veneers and no emails to let me know what is going on for over two months. I am getting ready to turn them in, I feel they have stolen my money from me. I would suggest not to deal with them, for me it has been a very bad experience and a waste of money.

My line of work is in sales, so my smile is of the utmost importance. The condition my teeth are in, I wouldn't even apply for a job where I would come in contact with the public but, after receiving my new veneers it gave me the confidence to work again in a field that I love. The staff (on-line/phone) are prompt and answered all of my questions. I first called in the early hours of the morning, there was someone to answer me right away and once I talk her, I could call and ask for her every time I had to contact the company. The only problem I had was with myself and my delay in ordering my veneers, I should have done this years ago.

So I've had my bil veneers for about 3 months during this time they have cracked and broke 3 times. I haven't even worn them three weeks straight yet. I don't understand with all the money we're paying for these veneers why don't they give us more than one!!! I understand it's trial and error but to pay $3,000 for a product you can't even wear for an entire month without a replacement or backup pair is ridiculous!!! They do look really nice however the quality of the product is not built tough like real veneers. I really don't recommend you eating with them either. I got out of the Invisalign to try this product and I'm very frustrated. I was told by two customer service reps that there's no money back guarantee so you're basically stuck in the contract. I didn't even receive any type of credits for not having my veneers three times now. I don't recommend this product until they work out all the kinks

I initally ordered from brighter image because i wanted to see how I would look with real porcelain veneers and the product was so great that I have waited on getting veneers. Fit great.

Going with Brighter image lab has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have been insecure and 100 hundred percent not confident with my smile for decades. I’m so glad I made the choice to go with brighter image lab and get the clip on veneers because it has been a life savor and total confident builder. I feel like I can be me now :)

I've own them for years and never had a problem. Fit is perfect and they look fantastic. If you are careful they last for years.
