It took a few tries to get the impression right, which was my fault, However they got nice a snug and work great for me especially when I use fixodent to make them a little more secure. I'm even able to eat most things with them in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I absolutely love my veneer from Brighter
Image Lab. For years I had been covering my mouth with my hand every time I spoke or smiled and now thanks to Brighter Image Lab I feel confident to speak and smile without being embarrassed.

The product is cheap plastic and arrived with chips and holes in it. Customer service was rude and beyond unhelpful. BUYER BEWARE!!! They work overtime to drown negative reviews so they seem like an upstanding business with a great product; they are not. If you want to throw away over $2,000, try Halloween Dracula teeth from a vending machine. Shameless criminals. Oh and if you're wondering why you can't find many negative reviews, read the contract they make you sign, THEY'LL SUE YOU IF YOU POST ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM!!! EVEN IF IT'S THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH.

Brighter Image has, by far the easiest way to achieve the smile you wished you had.
They beat all the prices from your dentist.
You dont have to be a rocket scientist to make your own impressions and after returning them to the lab, I had my perfect smile within a couple weeks.
I can smile with confidence.
I reccomend this company and I have recommended them to friends and family..I get compliments on my smile all the time.
Worth the money...this is a win win.

It made me look better, and gave me confidence talking with people. But they should be charging less, if you lost, the first set. Like Invisalign.

My husband ordered them they didnt fit perfectly so he sent them back to make new ones and now their saying they didnt receive them but they received his new impressions. which is ridicouls because he put them in with the new impressions. Obtaining a lawyer if we dont receive new ones back we spent alot of money to not have anything

My entire experience with Brighter Image Lab has exceeded my expectations. I was pretty nervous about getting something like veneers online - I mean, it just sounds bizarre and unlikely, right? Not only that, but even though it's less expensive than normal veneers, it's still not cheap. I paid in full within 10 or 15 days (with 2 payments) without interest to get a discount, so I can't speak as to their other payment plans and how those work or not. I saw the process could take roughly 30 or more days, and paid for an extra 2 year warranty. I placed my order on March 3, received my impression kits on March 6, sent back my impressions on March 10, and received my veneers on March 27. I probably could have gotten them back even sooner if I had gotten the impressions done the next day, but I took my time watching their "Master Class" on YouTube about how to do them (watched several times, actually - I did NOT want to get it wrong and have to send back my veneers for adjustments). I thought my impressions were not good enough, but I guess they were OK. My veneers came back and they fit and don't budge - and they actually look realistic and great!

I am a mom to 2 special needs kids (one with severe issues) and don't have time to mess around with trying to fix my teeth in multiple trips at a dentist's office. I have a sizable gap between my front two teeth (both top and bottom), they are uneven, and they have a very yellow hue that dentists have told me I would never be able to permanently whiten unless I covered them completely by caps or veneers (it is suspected that antibiotic use as a child - as I was often sick - caused the permanent yellow tint, in addition to unfortunate genes that neither sibling of mine inherited...lucky me!).

Ironically, I actually had braces when I was a teen (I'm nearly 43 now), and even after they were off after 2 painful years and my teeth were "straight," they were profiled unevenly from the start. I've always been really unhappy my whole life with yellow, uneven teeth. People don't take you seriously with teeth like that. To make matters worse, my teeth also started moving and shifting pretty dramatically over the past several years for reasons unknown to me - and here I am decades later with big gaps everywhere on top of everything else. Nice. Being a busy mom with special needs kiddos, I also have neglected my teeth considerably outside of simple daily brushing. I do not have missing teeth or anything like that, but they don't look great, either. I noticed people starting to judge me more over the years and I tried to hide my smile as much as possible. I thought about painful braces again - but that wouldn't fix the unevenness of my teeth, nor their yellow color, plus it requires a lot of time. Regular veneers were quoted as over $10K for the top and bottom four teeth, plus other work. And they file your teeth down for them, too! Ack!

So...here's where Brighter Image Lab came in. I honestly wish I found them sooner, as I never fully understood what "snap on veneers" truly were, until I did more research. I narrowed down my choices to Brighter Image Lab and Instasmile. I was ready to purchase Instasmile due to the pricing difference between them and Brighter Image Lab - until I saw more real reviews about terrible results people got from them, sending them back for adjustments, and just general issues with their quality on the whole. This is not to discount the ones who are happy with them, but I wanted something better than what they were offering - so I went back to Brighter Image Lab and took the plunge with BilVeneers. I wanted the IncrediBil ones, but held back due to the heftier price tag - but I'm still not disappointed with the beautiful BilVeneers I purchased. I now have straight, white, even teeth! It's a whole new life experience for me now to smile fearlessly and actually allow pictures taken of me. I highly recommend them - they do excellent work! No regrets!

worst on line purchase ever. do not buy from them. I have filed with the Attorney General from both PA and TX. better business Bureau in multiple states.

I had an amazing experience with Brighter image lab..They walked me through everything and helped me when I was having a hard time with my impressions..The staff is just wonderful..Laurie and Shelly you 2 are the best..The customer service is excellent.I couldn't have asked for better service and now I have a amazing smile again thanks to Brighter Image labs .I have had so many complements..They look just like my real teeth before my infection that caused me problem with a few teeth..I love my new beautiful smile..

Mine worked great till they broke. I paid $400 for a duplicate and after sending me someone else’s veneer twice I was told to mail them back and mine would be in the mail and they never sent anything. When I called then Laurie said I had to pay another $400!! Now they have my $400 and I have NOTHING to show for it!!!!

I haven't ordered from them. I'm not a customer. But I did read every word of their very lengthy terms and conditions, and I think you should, too. After doing so I decided not to order from them. This is a VERY binding legal contract. If you order from Brighter Image and sign the contract for their goods and services you may never write a negative review anywhere, or share a negative experience on social media, or use their name in any negative way or you can be sued, they will win massive financial damages and you will also pay their legal fees to sue you. So if you have a wonderful experience, great, no problem. But if you have a bad experience you can't warn and protect others, you can't talk about it, and you absolutely can't sue them for non performance or fraud. I'm not an attorney. I'm just somebody who reads the fine print before I sign anything, and I decided not to order anything at all from Brighter Image Labs, or enter into any kind of legally binding contract with them. I don't know if they have excellent customer service or not, or if their products are excellent or not. I am saying that there are probably zero negative reviews out there for a reason. Read the fine print yourself and see what you think...
