Trying to place a tricky case for a client with quite a few needs that could not make work with high street lenders. After discussing with initial contact at Brightstar it was quickly made clear this was something they could place with a lender on their panel. The process at this stage was quick and simple. A huge weight off my clients mind as well as mine. The process was a little clunky after this due to some repetition of case requirements. However, importantly things progressed through to completion.
