I required bridging finance last year - I was carefully guided through the process by Kit Thompson at Brightstar and completed in good time for my requirements. This removed a great deal of the stress that I have experienced with previous finance applications

I had hoped to re-finance that with a further advance from my existing lender but I hadn't realised that my existing lender (a major high street bank) has specific terms related to further advances for any debt repayable within 12 months.

Somewhat concerned, due to the pressing timeline, returned to Kit and Georgia Walton at Brightstar Financial who, yet again, managed to secure a very competitive, affordable secured loan to clear the bridge. Kit, Georgia and Rachel Smith supported me in the application and all of the necessary documentary processes.

Communication has always been clear, timely and reassuring. The whole team have been incredibly supportive and I had no hesitation in returning to them after my postitive experience with the original bridge.

Was very happy with the service that Albey Chambers gave us as he help through the long wait process to complete on our flat. As we had to do a lot of chasing with the solicitors and where we could not get through or get any answers Albey was always their to help does not matter if I called him or emailed him he would always be on hand.
