Lovely car .excellent salesman sam.not pusy very knowledgeable attention to detail went really smoothly

I had a great experience buying my Honda Jazz. Tony was very helpful through the whole process making it stress free. I had a small issue with the tyre pressure symbol being over sensitive a few days after purchase, and popped in to ask for advice. They sorted it out on the spot whilst I had a complementary drink. Then Steph ( I might be wrong on the name) sat in my car with me to show me how to reset it if it should happen again. I chose this garage to buy my car because of all the wonderful local reviews and Im glad I did.

Darren the sales person was very helpful and polite gave me a good price for my part exchange car, and I am very happy with my new Kia k4, will definitely use them again in the future

The salesman Richard was excellent, very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns I had. Each member of the showroom staff I dealt with were welcoming professional.

Guess i am in the 1% club, purchased a car from the B.Group with a 7 year warrenty, their warrenty company is saying it is void, i have spoke to Tom,Dic & Harry they have all said we will get someone to contact you. they never do.

My experience at Brindley Hyundai West Bromwich was positive because the sales staff were helpful and accommodating. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and time was taken to explain the car set up and how to navigate the settings. If I lived nearer I would definitely be having my car serviced there. Brindley Hyundai West Bromwich staff were good because Keith was great. He was welcoming and friendly. He went through all the sales spiel he was supposed to. Car was in tip top condition and Keith was well organised with everything ready to go.

Honda is a great product having driven more than one for many years. My partner also has a Honda car and has used their dealership and has been very satisfied with their service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and pricing is fair.

Just brought a EV3 Kia today. It is so easy to drive and quiet too. You can have a conversation without raising your voice. It feels like you are floating even going over potholes. Jack and James are really kind and helpful. They did all the hard paperwork for us and made our experience seamless without any stress. I was looked after by Kelly as soon as I entered the showroom--she listened to what my requirements were and I had a test drive. I returned later to ask about another similar vehicle which was more in line with my requirements and we put a deal together.

"I had a great experience at Brindley Kia Wolverhampton because we were on the way to test drive a vehicle that had actually sold - rather than turn us away they offered a vehicle that had just come in for a part-exchange to test drive. We actually ended up buying that vehicle and it was repaired and prepared to a really high standard. We had good, fair service from James and no pressure. The terms on MOT and tax etc seemed very fair. It was an excellent car buying experience."

Customer service excellent

The sales person, Lee Stackhouse has worked for Brindley for many years and as a repeat customer I would highly recommend. Lee is patient, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

Josh was extremely helpful and the overall transaction went well. A follow up call from Josh a couple of days later to see if all was ok with car.
