I would have given 5 stars for the items I got. Also the help from Rein, when I had problems with the delivery. Shame about the courier. Various failed attempts.
I ordered from Broadway Candy in spite of the poor Trustpilot reviews because it was the only place I could find a product. As it turned out, my order was shipped in a timely fashion but the package... Toon meer

Ordering and products
It is always so easy to order and delivery is very quick. My only negative is that many products seem to be out of stock for long periods of time

Received mouldy
Received mouldy, foul-smelling food and was denied a refund. I have reported to the UK government for a genuine public safety health complaint.

Antwoord van Broadway Candy
Hi Caitlin, we're sorry to hear that you received a product in this condition. It appears that a partial refund was initially offered by way of compensation which was not an acceptable solution and for this we apologise. A full refund was issued this morning.
Kind regards

Highly recommended
I had never heard of or used Broadway Candy before this order so I was sceptical. I checked reviews and all seemed fine. It was the only place I could get my preferred chicken stock from so I put in an order. I was highly delighted with the results. The order was shipped and arrived quickly. I was kept updated along the way. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.
