went to the colchester town salon
top coat wasn’t applied to one hand and when spoken to the owner she said that they can get forgotten!
went for highlights and came out with yellow hair and get told i can come back for a toner but toner should have been applied at the appointment
then had 0.5ml filler and when the girl did it who is the owners daughter, she was shouting to someone while a needle was in my lips
when i spoke to the owner about this she said that she looked ok cctv and said this didn’t happen but that’s her word against mine and of course she would defend her daughter
never again

Chloe at brown and white Colchester is a pleasure to have treatments with. She makes me feel so comfortable, and won't let me leave until she is 100% that she's happy and I'm happy. Her keen attention to detail and her friendly nature is the reason I am now a returning customer. I also want to give credit to Michael, the gentleman at reception who always greets me with a smile. He has built a great rapport with me and it feels like I'm going in to see friends. A pleasure to go into the Colchester salon and I always look forward to returning. Thank you

Haircut by Lauran today (Chelmsford) for a young lady I support who uses a wheelchair. Super friendly salon, so pleased we have found this place. Great haircut 😃100%recommend

Had my nails done today by Laura. Fantastic service and so happy with my nails, they look great.

It was my first time getting my lashes done, the salon had a very pleasing and welcoming look, the lady’s were all very kind and Laura was amazing and made me feel comfortable and her work is amazing and I love my lashes and will defo be a regular client.

Charlotte @Chelmsford is brilliant- I’ve been to see her twice now - once for lip filler and once for nasiolabial - and both times extremely welcoming and professional. I have recommended her to my friends. I will definitely be going back

I happily travel 45 minutes to get my hair done by Lauren. Before visiting i tried plenty of local hairdressers but all ended up ruining my hair to the point i was so nervous to get my hair done i never went to another salon for roughly 6 years!

Im so glad i put my trust in lauren to get my hair highlighted and cut as its the best its ever looked plus ive gained knowledge on how to actually look after my hair correctly.

Visited Colchester Town Salon. Chloe made me feel very welcome and at ease, as this was my first time having lip filler. The results were amazing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Lovely Salon 🫶🏼

I’ve had both Botox and Profhilo done by Charlie in Chelmsford and I’m so, so pleased with the results. Charlie is wonderful and the salon has such a friendly and professional atmosphere, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Would highly recommend.

Had my lips done for the first time in Dunmow branch, I was a nervous wreck, but the receptionist and Rachel (who done my lips) were amazing! I'm so happy with them, and looking forward to coming back again! I can't recommend this salon enough, and will be booking in for other services soon too!

I visited the Chelmsford branch today and was totally looked after by Charlotte! I had 1ml of lip filler and I am in love with the results!! It was my first time having filler and Charlotte explained everything from start to finish and made me feel totally at ease. She also done Biab nails for me (again first time as I have always had acrylic) and I am over the moon with these too! Will definitely be going back to Brown and Whites again and will always ask for Charlotte as she was amazing today! Thankyou Charlotte and the other lovely girls at Brown and Whites!

I had lip filler done at Chelmsford by Charlotte. It was my first time and I was really anxious about getting it done however I absolutely love the results and Charlotte was amazing. She made me feel at ease, spoke through all the steps with me, checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I had my young daughter with me and although she sat nicely throughout all the girls were great with her. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be returning!

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Charlotte at the Chelmsford branch and they are amazing. I was nervous going in but she reassured me and was so calming it didn’t hurt at all. I now have beautiful brows to be proud of I can’t thank her enough
