I had my first lip filler today and I must say I was very nervous.
Charlotte put me at ease, she is very professional and gentle.
I am absolutely over the moon with my lips and she throughly went through the aftercare with me.
I definitely will see her again and recommend Charlotte at the Chelmsford Salon.

I’ve had my eyebrows microbladed by Charlotte today & they look amazing.

She is lovely & very caring, checking to make sure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure.

Totally recommend using her.

All the staff at B&W were so lovely and I had a lovely Express Facial with Charlotte today.
She was so warming and lovely to talk to and spoke about what she was going to be doing as she went along. I felt so relaxed and came away looking refreshed and glowing. I would highly recommend and will be returning back to Brown & White for other appointments.

Had my nails done by Charlotte today in Chelmsford, after having acrylics for quite a while Charlotte stripped them off & redone with gels, had the most beautiful pink colour. First time in there & all the girls are friendly & make u feel welcome, thank you so much girls, I’ve already booked my next appointment

I would highly recommend this salon I’ve been using the sun beds there for years but yesterday I decided to visit them for a treatment (lip flip) never had any kind of procedures done to my face so was pretty nervous. Justine made me feel really relaxed and calm she talked me through the procedure and what it entailed. I had zero pain as she numbed everything 1st it was done within minutes and I’m already so happy with the results. Great salon lovely staff that are highly trained. no treatments are done until a prescriber has authorised the treatment ( which is also a huge peace of mind) an overall fantastic experience.

Just had my antiwrinkle treatment and dermaplaining treats done by Justine . She was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job and answered all my questions . Abby ( i think .brain fog lol ) on reception was again friendly welcoming and professional. Will definitely be going back . Thank you for a great experience.

Had microblading and lash lift. Didn't know what to expect but made me feel comfortable and so pleased with results.
Highly recommend the salon.

Always a friendly face to welcome you, give guidance and advice when needed. P class brows and lashes. Sunbeds are always clean and tidy. Lovely atmosphere when you visit too. Everyone one is really well trained and knowledgeable.

Had a brow lamination and lash lift recently. Firstly, the price was very decent compared to other competing salons. All of the girls are lovely, and the procedure was quick and comfortable. Lashes and brows are still looking amazing weeks later and I'll definitely be back to try out some of their other services! Thanks so much x

Visited here for a top of lip filler, had 0.5ml given by Ali who was so lovely and put me at ease! All the girls were so so lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing and put me at ease too. Felt so happy there that I’ve now started booking my other beauty treatments here instead of my old regular place!

Booked one hour PCR covid test on the morning of the test. Test at 10.50 results back by 11.40. lovely receptionist. Great fast service and able to fly to USA the following day.

Today I had my first experience at this salon having brows microblading done with Justine! Such a lovely and professional lady with excellent result! It’s a warm and welcoming place and I have already booked for more treatments… I highly recommend this salon!

I’ve gone to Brown & White quite a few times before for a couple of things and they never fail to impress! All of the staff are so kind and friendly and I’ll keep going back for more treatments :-) I would recommend them to everybody!
