How delightful to deal with a Company who did what they said they would, delivered our totally refurbished sofas when they said they would and to a standard of workmanship that we had hoped for. So professional from our first contact with John and with Mark keeping us updated, we have been very impressed.

I have just received my 10 year old leather jacket back - its like new! Fast, very efficient and very friendly service. Jacket was even returned with leather cleaning kit & touch-up pen. I can't recommend Buffalo highly enough. If you have a much-loved but faded and scruffy jacket don't buy a new one, restore your old favourite.

From placing my order “on line” to taking delivery, the communication, understanding and customer service has been second to none. First class service & excellent workmanship. We had a suite refurbished in new leather and the framework strengthened. In addition, we had a chair re-designed and re-upholstered in new fabric. Throughout, I dealt with Jackie, John and Mark, all of who were able to provide expert advice from start to finish from providing a quick competitive quote to selecting the best fabrics (I spent hours with Jackie trawling through fabric samples and she had a good eye for design and had great patience!). I had 6 items of furniture re-upholstered to the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were extremely responsive to any queries and they delivered the completed furniture on time as promised (even during restrictive lockdowns when there was such a demand on supplies). I have no hesitation in recommending Buffalo.

Our Lazyboy recliner had sinking seat pads, despite being under warranty neither the sofa company or Lazyboy would repair! Contacted buffalo and they came out the next day John was very professional and gave us a quote there and then. Arranged collection and told us what was needed, he mention it would be a couple of weeks as it was a big job , however they gave us a loan leather settee. Settee came back better than new and far more solid. Superb job at a very reasonable price. Going to get some more soft furnishings recovered by Buffalo .

Really pleased. Service was good - loads of fabric samples. Patient and helpful when choosing. Collected and delivered on time with good communication. Sofa looks great. Not cheap but depends on sample choice and I’m really pleased with the result.

were so pleased with the end result when we had our leather 3 piece cleaned. There are leather cleaners and there are master leather cleaners ,these guys know there stuff honestly looks like its just come from the manufacturer.Service was brilliant loaned us a suite while it was being done.Great customer service from mark and the team .Definately use them again in the future.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Buffalo leather regarding our three seater sofa. Our sofa is like new again and we are extremely happy.
We were quoted a price quickly and within days our sofa was collected and then in a couple of weeks returned and was looking like new.
This company obviously care about their work and customers. We were told in detail about the work that had been undertaken. All employees we dealt with were friendly, polite and respectful of our home when taking our sofa in and out of the house.
We would highly recommend them.

We had a 20 year old cream leather 2 and 3 seater suite which was, to be honest, ready for the skip so we started to look around at various sofa shops and got very frustrated as we couldn't find anything as nice as the our furniture, so I rang Buffalo Leather after reading such good reviews. They came out very quickly and a very polite and concise gentleman gave an honest and very accurate review, he then quoted us for the repairs and recondition which was half the cost of a new suite!. They collected it extremely quickly leaving us a temporary/loaner suite to sit on and returned two weeks later with what can only be described as a miracle - our old and very tired cream leather suite had returned from the dead - the results are astonishing it looked like new again and the finish is amazing - cannot recommend these guys enough. Polite, thorough and professional, and amazing results!

From start to finish the service from Buffalo Leather has been 2nd to none. Our Lazy Boy sofa and chairs came back to us looking like a new suite! We got a deep clean, re-padding of arms and seats and complete leather restoration, along with cable repairs. Excellent service and definitely value for money. Many thanks to all the team.

Buffalo really know their stuff, I purchase products from them to restore chesterfield suites, they helped me all the way being informative about product application and how much I would need to details in how a chesterfield leather is manufactured. The suites look amazing when they are restored so its a full 5 stars from me.
