For everyone whom may concern
Don’t go to work in the Burlington. My wife was fired because she shopped too much( not in her work hours) that’s what they said that is the new policy for workers. They have a worker card if you spend over the limit than they questioning you about the purchase and saying it’s all good and than after couple of weeks they fire you. The company who struggles to keep good workers. The company who has a other policy that you not allowed to question costumers at the checkout even if you know that they stole something, you have to let them walk( interesting policy)
The biggest BS company of the US
If the company doesn’t protect their workers in any way they didn’t deserve to be in the business
Interesting policy: if you pay for your purchase ( like my wife) then you getting in a trouble but if you steal that’s ok and they welcome you back
So go and steal as much as you can, they ok with it

I've never even heard of this store outside of Spotify ads. I've never heard anyone talk about it, and I'm honestly just pissed that I can't listen to my music without 20 ads for this store interrupting every song. Granted, this is Spotify's fault, but it's only been this one store and I'm pissed.

I used to shop there in Arlington Virginia store until they started blocking/detaining us as soon as we walk into the store to stand in front of us and give us a speech. It is so like Hitler it is completely a violation of freedom. I refuse to ever shop there again. It is already a stoop down and then to feel humiliated like a 3rd world country. Sick. Next they are going to start patting you down like TSA and body scanning you as soon as you walk in.

Does not allow support outside the region.
Sends a lot of spam even after unsubscribing.
No email confirmation, meaning people cannuse fake or other people's addressez.

Love the merchandise love the store however you get a review from us every 6 months and one thing that is unchanging whether it's slow or busy you guys can't get customers out the door fast enough leading to walk outs and competitors benefit from it, rules are not made to be broken but they can be improved, this is an oversight issue, if more than a 5 minute wait it should be all trained hands on deck, shopping is for the customers security and moving products is for the staff, this is not about a single store this is management oversight that is noticed in multiple outlets.

I literally got to enjoy the whole store to myself pretty much as it was 10 o’clock on Saturday evening. The selection was still phenomenal and the prices were amazing and I absolutely couldn’t stop looking at everything. I’m in love with that store and the people who work there.

I bought a Burlington soft close golden oak toilet seat. Which for me personally was an expensive purchase. Sadly it's lasted a little over 2 years the hinge has broken. I must add this bathroom gets minimal use! I rang Burlington and was told it's outside of the guarantee! Even though it is a luxury brand. My previous loo seat lasted for many years for a fraction of the price. It was replaced not broken. Can't say I'd recommend Burlington. Vanity unit also poor quality lots of hairline cracks.

I called the Glen Oaks location spoke to Majana....the store manager she put me on hold for 12 minutes. I called back spoke to a gentleman who said they were busy when I asked his name he hung up on me. Thanks for nothing

I was looking for something for my daughter. I had ask an employee name Vicki for some help and she was ugly about it.

We drove over an hour to visit this store, where we've spent a lot of money in the past. We spent over an hour in the store picking out clothing before heading to the fitting rooms at the back of the store. The fitting rooms had a gate across them and a sign saying they were closed and to visit the fitting rooms at the front of the store. We went to the front to find a sign saying you had to "ring" for service, which we did. An associate came over and told us we couldn't try on clothing as their fitting rooms are closed.

My daughter had several things she really wanted, and we had drove a distance, so we made the difficult decision to have her try on clothing over the clothes she was wearing in the middle of the aisle. This was less than desirable and embarrassing. There was a lot that couldn't be tried on in that fashion so we had to leave them behind, much to the despair of my daughter. A lot of time was wasted driving here and picking out clothing.

I sent an email to corporate and received a reply saying that the fitting rooms are closed and reminding me of their return policy and letting me know returning clothing is "easy." Because, everyone wants to drive over an hour each way, buy clothing they can't try on, and just drive an hour each way back to return them.

A clothing store with fitting rooms that you cannot use. Yeah, that makes sense.

Upon entering the Federal Way Commons store I was stopped by an employee who pointed at the floor and told me to stand there for my own safety. I was told to not move. I looked at the floor where he was pointing, thinking maybe someone had spilled water on the floor. Then he said in a loud voice "look up so we can take your picture". Totally weird!!!. I refused to look up at whatever they had for picture taking, turned around and walked out.

Junky store. It was like being at a Goodwill store. Asked where the ladies room was, no public restrooms. I'll never go back. Never been in a department store that didn't have restrooms.

From the first contact with them, everything went so smoothly and easy, from valuing my items to payment. Once they received items money was in my bank the same day, thank you to Craig who kept me updated, would definitely use again

No assistance for people in wheelchair to pay...manager woman said do the long line...no ADA regulation

Awesome!!! Sometimes need to check well some cheap products because sometimes they are broken and that is why are cheap. But my favorite stores, price and quality.

Terrible customer service. The store is dirty, no organization. Workers are rude. One of the workers was very hateful and when she was called out she didn't like it and called the so called security guard. Who approached us with an attitude. Didn't want to hear what the employee had done or said. We left the buggie with our items we had planned to purchase and was headed out, he continued to follow us all the way outside, and cursed at us.
Never again! If we ever go back to a Burlington store, you can bet it won't be this one.
Worst and most humiliating shopping experience I've ever had.

The Burlington in regency Jacksonville fl is trash no fitting rooms and extra long lines for no reason.. if you think people are stealing so bad then SHUT DOWN CLOSE UP. Honest customers can't even shop in peace this is not a prison we a free...

I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

Los cajeros no respetan a los discapacitados , mi madre en silla de ruedas deseaba comprar alli y no le dieron prioridad para pagar la gente en la fila pidio que la dejaran y la mandaron a customer service en la otra punta de la tienda donde tambien habia fila y ya cansada de empujar la silla pedi hablar con el manager quien se comporto muy desagradable y para nada empatico con la situacion. Tendrian que mejorar el su grupo humano o reforzar recursos humanos. Yo no volvere!
