The Burlington at the Bruckner Plaza, I used to always go there to shop for almost everything until the last time I went and spent $150, I had grabbed a coat that I didn’t realize it was tainted with the ink from the alarms, so I asked the cashier to call the manager to ask for a reduced price, since that ink doesn’t come off fabrics; not only, the blonde lady manager approached the situation with a slight attitude but the only words she muttered were “it’s 10%” meaning, the only discount I was able to get for a RUINED coat was only 10% off?!?! I’m not sure why I was given an attitude or why wasn’t I given a more reasonable discount for a coat that was $79.99 ( Burlington price ) stained with permanent blue ink in one arm?!? I really loved the way that coat fit me and was very disappointed when I wasn’t able to buy it😫 when she was only taking off $7.99 out of $80?!?!
The behavior of the manager was completely awful! Not only for the little discount she offered but the unpleasant response she gave me.

Hoy fui a regresar unos zapatos que no le gustaron a mi hijo. Y no kisieron que porque los compre en la Burlington del cajon city. Y los quise regresar en la de university ave. Me dijieron que fuera a la tienda que los compre. Y eso no se me hice bien . segun la manager me dijo que si. Se Porto muy grosero tanto la manager como la cajera eso fue hoy 30 de enero como a las 4 de la tarde. Y tambien los pasillo de la tienda estan muy estrechos para pasar apenas cabe una persona .

I was in the mall today, and decided to walk in Burlington. I would like to know why in the world do you guys have to shoe racks so close together????? Only one person can literally walk down the aisle without bumping into the other person on the side of the them. Did anyone tell you guys that COVID is still going on??? Space the aisle, so two people can walk down it, and not have to be touching the other person shoulders. #Shameonyall

Store # 00786 has some thieves working there. I returned some things after Christmas and bought some things in their place. I was suppose to get $10.72 back but Brenda the cashier only gave me $1.72 back. I called to report it to get my money back thinking maybe she had made a mistake giving me the wrong change in error. No, after getting the run around from management and Brenda that they going to check and get back to me but never did. Then I called one last time and someone picked up and hung up on me. I realized , wow, this was not a mistake. I was robbed then disrespected. I can never go to that store again.

Downtown Los Angeles Burlington has the worst customer Service the waiting in lines to purchase a item plus attitude from your sales supervisor Jocelyn when you are trying to return a item that’s no way to treat a customer she needs people skills trained your supervisor

This store customer service is trash an the so called manager Jody sends her employees too follow people around the store first she needs too get that birds nest fixed on the top of her head then get the staff together the people who are stealing they never catch but the one who spend there hard earned money they harass she’s not a good manager it’s post too be lead by example but in stead it’s too make the customers feel horrible illl never shop here again thanks Jody

My experience in the store was wonderful. Nice selections and very clean store. The line went faster then i expected.

I loved the cashier with the lovley name Xhenis. Beautiful smile very polite and helpful. For a change is nice to see someone with a smile in the store.

I love Burlington's prices and their customer service in not bad, but could be a little better. The store I shop at in Douglasville, GA is about 1 year old, but exceptionally clean! After Covid, and upon reopening their prices were amazing at 50% off ALL prices. I was able to go 4 times and clean up!!! Bought about $700 worth of clothes and things for about $300 total. Wow! Loved it! I told everyone about that sale. They had that sale for about a month and a half. Since then they have restocked the shelves and their prices are still great. Once upon a time they didn't have a cash return policy. They do now, and I love it!

Not quite a shopper but happened to be in the mall and saw Burlington. Looking for some get up and go tops...found three and a Steve Madden over the shoulder bag. The line was not that long and cashier was very pleasant. The next day I returned 2 of the three tops and again, the cashier was very pleasant and professional. Plan on returning to Burlington at Eastpoint Mall.

I only gave them one star because I needed to give them something. I ordered base and wall units for my bathroom, 1st delivery 3 items were damaged, 2nd delivery 2 items were damaged. you would like third time lucky, but NO the 3rd delivery was damaged even worse. This has cost me time and money and a few tears. I would steer clear of buying their products, until such times they can prove they have changed their ways of handing items. Oh and to add they are flat packed just put together by them. and priced you would pay for solid furniture. So a cheap product sold at high cost.

First of all, I am a faithful shopper of Burlington and enjoy my time shopping there. On Sept.5th, I went to Kings Plaza in Brooklyn not my regular store, to buy badly needed clothes for my mom. I am disabled and couldn't use any elevators or escalators to get to the store. I would have to step down 5 steps to get to the 1st fl. (Holding unto a walker, no one assist me) Then went around the 1st landing to spiral up to the 5 fls. to get to the store. I called the manager Mr. Adrain Brewster, I complaint to him about the lack of consideration to its disabled customer's, after hearing and agreeing to my concerns I calm down. He was sorry what happen, he gave me a discount and took the elevator with me and walked me out the store. I want to say that this gentleman should be commented for his professional actions. Just wanted to say thanks to him I had a good experience and will continue to shop in Burlington always.

Please fix your customer service. The people in store was rude.

Disappointed......After reading mostly negative reviews I feel discouraged and turned off enough to shop else where not at a Burlington Store 😂

My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

This review concerns the Burlington store in Kingston, NY. We walked into this location today looking for a fall jacket for my wife. We walked into a store large enough to house a dozen or so railway cars. The amount of merchandise on display couldn't fill their bathroom. Literally, thousands of square feet of empty racks and bare, unoccupiied floor space. There were no clearance or going out of business signs, but it left me wondering why not...or why they open at all.

The service was better with Kat. Overall I love their products and prices. Bring Kat back to Burlington.
