I've been a long time customer of Burlington, that being said. I noticed the store has gone down hill! I want to know why??? Why do you sell poor quality merchandise and why does the store look like a thrift store now?

why so many "bad" reviews here? It could take some time to find the goods you need at an affordable price, but there are plenty of good offers here. I got a nice belt and jeans much cheaper than in other shops...

p.s i scored it not so high just because of lack of customer service and staff, this credit card is an odd thing, too 😀

I went to do a return, the item that I was returning was $7.99, because the item had been marked down to $3.99 they only gave me $3.99 credit. I did not have my receipt but I am a loyalty member. I will not after this. I don't think it is right to steal hard working peoples money just because the item was marked down. I should have gotten back EXACTLY what I paid for. This is wrong of Burlington to do this.

Terrible customer service. Only one cashier and 12 to 14 people in line waiting.This is on a Saturday when most of the people go shopping Also don’t like the 10 days return policy. I am never going to shop here again.

I NEVER FIND WHAT I NEED IN THOSE STORES I DON T EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN STAY OPEN THEIR SHELVES ALWAYS EMPTY....ITS THE WORSE DEPARTMENT STORES EVER....

In my opinion burlington is not as good as it used to be the, clothing is very poor quality and shoes the same they use to have top brands on everything,now everything is so horrible not sorted properly, I hope they reconsider bringing back those good days with better merchandise.

Had two items,the same.One black one brown.The black one was four dollars more.$16.99 compared to other $12.99 of course wanted the black one.Manager was nice to come out from back because of cost differance.She would not sell black one because of different color,thought she would make pricing the same,they were last two.Most stores I shop at have adjusted to lower price she would not.Said to her goodby,thankyou.

Besides the store ALWAYS being a mess weekdays & weekends doesn’t matter what day you visit this place Is ALWAYS a Mess😆unless they are expecting a cooperate visit that’s when you actually see them working and doing their job Not to mention the Manager Shay is rude and speaks to her staff like crap.

Don't oder here online. They never will deliver. They don't react on emails and phone. You lose your money. Focking criminals!!

Only time I've ever been in the store, and the last. I bought 2 footed pajamas for my 15 mo old grandbaby. Towards the bottom of the jamies, they were sewn so the baby could not wear them, they were sewn so they went on twisted.. and the first time they put them on her the zipper came right off, broke. Not quality products.. they were 2 for $15.. i guess i got what i paid for. They went in the garbage can. When it comes to baby products, i have no patience for poor quality! NONE!! and now i notice the review on baby products at Burlington is "poor". Go figure! Don't waste your money.

I have bought coats, sport coats, bathrobes, and shoes over many years. Never have I been disappointed! Every item was a good to great value. Why pay $60-$90 or more for shoes when $35 or less does the trick at Burlington? I’ve used other discount stores but not with the perfection of Burlington.

I visited the Burlington store on Jamaica Avenue and 160th street and I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism at that location. Not forgetting facing stereotype from the Supervisor Matthew. I was there to get a Baby Car seal that I saw there 2 week ago for $49.99. Today when I went to purchase it, the cashier claim its $54.99 so I showed her the sign from the display that say $49.99. She then contacted Matthew to sort things out but when he came he was not polite nor courteous and he spoke to us in a manner as though English was our second language. Yes we are Brown and we speak English very fluently. I showed him the picture of the display item and he totally ignored it. He then took a picture of the box of which my car seat was in and he diapered for 5 minutes, when he came back he showed me the exact picture he took of my car seat and say its $54.99. I ask him if he went and take a look at the display and his reply was "No I don't have time for that, the price is $54.99 and he walked away. The price difference didn't bother me at all, it's literally just a few more bucks but Matthews attitude was very nasty for a supervisor. I left that store and I will never forget that experience, Matthew's attitude was not necessary. I hope HR can see this and have a talk with him so this won't happen again in the future. Was it because I'm brown? idk

Their website is useless, looking for a certain item but you can only view items in their stores now. Ridiculous
Who wants to drive 20 mins just to find out the store does not have it. Until Burlington reactivate their website I will not shop their stores. People time is valuable, there is an epidemic IT'S NOT SAFE ANYMORE TO BE MIXING AND MINGLING SHOPPING IN STORES

El Paso, Tx store 😡 So I noticed someone else complaining about the particular store #01121. So I spent about an hour shopping and ended up filling my cart with several items. I payed for my purchases and then the bombshell, the cashier tells me to place the cart toward the other side of the entry doors. I said okay, what do you mean, are you telling me to bring it back in? She said no, you can’t take the cart out of the store. You have to bring your car to the front of the store or take what you csn snd come back for the rest. So we’re do I leave the items left in my cart? She said She would put it behind the registers. So I grabbed as many bags as I could and as I was opening the trunk of my car one of the bags fell out of my hand and it was a breakable item. Of course my first instinct was to get a replacement or refund. So this 20 or 30 something manager named Carla or Cassandra tells me Once I buy it’s not her fault and they are not responsible to replace or refund. I then asked her why aren’t signs visible letting customers know that we are not allowed to take out the carts. She said that there were plenty of signs at the entrance which wasn’t true. The only sign I saw after the fact was at the end of the 12th register. Then when I asked her if she could throw my broken item she walked away from me and said she would not take it from me. I called corporate and told them I will never give them my business again and told them they need to educate their manager(s) on quality customer service and people skills. I also suggested they find a way to tell their customers about the carts. The customer service rep said the greeter usually tells people (this store did not have a greeter). I also asked other customers if they knew or had seen signs on the cart restrictions and they said NO!

Burlington at 2614 Golf Road, Glenview, IL 60025-4744 overall is okay. The front-end manager is always nice and takes good care of me. However, Rose, a cashier is extremely rude. Avoid going to her line to check out at all cost. She is extremely rude!!

Burlington employees or Burlington is cheating consumers when paying with Credit cards!
*First time i noticed was adding $4.99 to my account from Pine Brook store!
*Second time a store in Flemington NJ, I bought two items i remember exactly what they are and how much, i was surprised when i opened my emailed return receipt to find the total is $28.00 ! Total was supposed to be $7.99+$9.99 there was a third item i didn't recognise and the store itself didn't know what was it!
It's probably my mistake that i didn't look at the charge when it was charged on my American Express card.
I went back to the store but they couldn't recognise the charge!
Consumers beware of this store.

It was great working there I was getting slot of hours but honestly The I was only getting 3 days and 2 days and it’s not enough for me to build up to buy a home that I wanted . They only want to give you hours when they short of staff and it’s not right , but other than than that time employees are friendly ,nice , they work well with your schedule perfect and all the mama hers are really cool and fun and so but the hours no good to be honest it’d not recommend for us adults maybe for teens who just started ha so yeah. No longer there so I’m speaking my mind now.

The store in Hallandalle Beach Florida , my experience is that they don't have cashiers , only two to attend more than 80 people per hour , so you have to wait on line for hours in order to paid your items , and also the cashiers are not well educated people , always wit a nasty attitude toward the clients and customers , the store has good merchandise , but who is coming back with that type of service and employees ?? ; I think management should consider hire better people with love to take care of the customers !!!, I used to go to ROSS store and change for Burlington , but now I am thinking in ROSS again !!!, it is a shame that attitude with a customer service !!!

I went to return some articles to Burlington store #01121. And the cashier scanned them, and she verified that those purchases made in Burlington, however, she asked her manager what she could do, and the customer service manager in a bad attitude just asked me for my phone number, and she said: "You don't have purchases here so I can't return it for you". For that the cashier too said: "I'm sorry I can't return those items for you.
And I said to her: "But you are seeing that they were bought here, and I have made many purchases here before. But the cashier insisted: I can't accept the return".
It was a very unpleasant experience for me since I know perfectly well that they could have accepted my return items with my ID number, but the "customer service manager" did not want to help me at all.
Do not recommend that Burlington store # 01121 in El Paso, Tx, much less that manager who is in customer service department with painted blonde hair. Burlington should have employees in that department who are not racist and who wish to help the customer service department.
