Great customer service and product
We have worked with Busch Systems for 10 years now. We have used Waster Watcher bins, lids and signs throughout our campus. Michelle Dunn is very responsive and helpful with all our orders.

What real human customer service is.

Incredibly, just two days before Earth Day, the new Busch bins arrived. And the order left their warehouse within hours.
Only magnificent, real humans can pull off a last minute order like this.

Excellent Customer Service!!!
Though it took some time to make a choice while researching other sources, Busch Systems was the most patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. They brought knowledge about the product without me having to ask, and I was able to sort out details regarding the delivery very easily. We are in Alberta, and the shipping was easy and was not expensive. Honestly, I thought it would be more complicated, but Busch Systems made sure that all questions were answered so promptly that I was able to get a plan for receiving the product easily. We are a small organization, so for us, this was crucial.
