The orginal order shipped quickly
The orginal order shipped quickly, but was so compacted that a few of the bins were damaged in separating them. Our rep at Busch Systems immediately offerred to replace the damaged bins.

Busch Systems made my purchase one smooth experience.
Busch Systems made my purchase one of the easiest experiences in finding the exact products needed for our commons area. The attention to details with the school logos and stickers for the bins. Went the extra mile
Materials were packaged well and came on-time. Freight Company even went the extra mile and called me to verify delivery address since it didn't seem right. Saved us a big headache and delivery was rerouted to correct drop off location. Great experience with Busch Systems, thank you!

Arrived on time. Amazing quality and the most heavy-duty you'll find. The price seems high considering $1K for 3 trash cans, but for some reason, all trash cans in the world are expensive, go figure!

Great Customer Service - Bins are lighter that expected
Upon delivery we noticed the barrels had been stacked and a few squished. I let customer service know about the issue and said I would let them know if they regained their shape after sitting in the heat. Before I could share that information, they ordered new ones to replace them. WOW! That never happens. Customer Service is a 10 our of 5 stars.
The only reason for a four star rating is that the bins themselves are relatively light for use outside and tip fairly easily. We are going to strap ours down - a relatively easy fix but something to be aware of if you are planning to use them in a park setting.

Customer service is incredibly important to us, so we are glad to hear that you had a great experience.
We apologize that the Renegade bins were lighter than anticipated for the setting that you are placing them. Strapping them down or placing a weight inside the container should solve this for you and the containers will continue to function as required for waste diversion.

Great customer service and products!
Our experience with Busch Systems has been great. The customization options work well to incorporate into our existing recycling programs. With such a wide variety of products there is truly something for every space/application. We get tons of compliments on our Busch waste stations from visitors to our spaces. The customer service is amazing (we are lucky to have Michelle as our sales rep!).
