Great service and good products
Very helpful to deal with and everything that arrived was in good condition. Unfortunately we had ordered the wrong height panels. The teams on the phones/emails were lovely and sorted out a collection asap. The delivery company are also great communicators, ring before delivery with timings. We have now reordered. Very happy with the great service.

The order was made and the fencing was due for delivery on the 10th of Aug , but the delivery date was changed to the 11th, and then the 12th.
If I had known about the transport problems I would not have ordered from buy fencing.
As this has created problems delaying the next stsge of works.
No explanation was given to why the delivery has been rearranged twice

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to learn of your poor experience.
It appears you have previously spoken with the supplier directly regarding the delivery date changing from the 11th to the 12th. This was noted as a system error, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Joanne,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear you felt our live chat service came across as rude, as this is certainly never our intention.
Having reviewed your enquiry, your order is still within the advertised 5–10 working day lead time, so unfortunately we weren't able to provide a further delivery update at that stage from the supplier. They will be in touch once they have booked you in, it can just take a little longer than 2 working days.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board. We hope your order arrives soon and meets your expectations.
Kind Regards,
The Buy Fencing Direct Team.
