I joined for one month about 14 days ago.
The experience is totally negative.
After a week, I decided to end the Auto Renewal of the subscription. To say that this process is near impossible is an understatement.
It took me an hour to get round it. They have designed a complicated process in which they may include bots
put there to hinder the process.
Eventually, when you get to the right page, you have to find and type in a code of dozens of symbols, rather like a modem pass code but 5 times longer. It's a challenge.
So I did eventually get confirmation that I had terminated my subs.
Subsequently,
I did see a really gorgeous woman stand out like an oasis amongst the few other ladies who, to be polite, are visually, mostly undesirable, and started some dialogue.
I have always said with online dating, that if you are " punching above your weight", then it's a scam /fake profile. After a few days of chat, it was obvious that the replies were not coming from an "English Rose" in the UK but from probably a sinister male somewhere overseas. I told the woman that my subs were ending, and "she" said go on Telegram to continue the talk.
Whoever, this person was, it wasn't someone with the images and profile given on C DATE.
I informed Cdate and the profile is still there. Say No More !!!

BIGGEST FRAUD I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. EVEN AFTER ASKING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO CANCEL THEY STILL ARE SENDING NE NEW PAYMENT REMINDERS and GIVING THREATS OF DEBT COLLECTION. I WILL TAJE THEM TO COURT FOR HARASSMENT AND FRAUD IF THEY DONT STOP THIS IMMIDIATELY.

Bot-controlled and intransparent pricing.
You get the first messages from what is presumably a bot during your registration process. The pricing is highly confusing (they state a price of 24.99€ for four weeks but then want to charge you that amount PER WEEK, or they pretend they are charging per month and then explain in their T&Cs that they calculate a month so that I'ts almost never a full calendar month).
A business model based completely on shady business practices.

Finger weg von dieser Abzocke. Gestern habe ich ein sogenanntes Abo für einen Monat abgeschlossen, welches eigentlich recht günstig war. Heute wurde wir von dieser Firma satte € 69.90,- abgezogen!!! Nach außen hin, gibt sich C-Date als seriös, doch glaubt mir, an dieser Plattform ist absolut nichts Seriöses. Das ist geradezu kriminell, was dir machen.

Sehr unseriöse Anbieter. Mitarbeiter sehr arrogant und gleichgültig. Hier es geht nur um das Geld und die Leute zu verarschen.
Habe eine schön verpackte Falle-Angebot aus versehen angenommen. Habe den Vertrag innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist gekündigt auch online und schriftlich. Kündigung wurde bestätigt. 360 Euro bezahlt. Dann bekomme ich von Inkasso Riverty PayPal eine Zahlungsaufforderung nochmal für 360 Euro. Also für 2 Wochen Mitgliedschaft habe ich 720 Euro bezahlt. Bei Nachfragen habe keine Antworten bekommen oder als letztes eine e-mail wo ich mit der Inkasso alles abklären soll . Der Inkasso sagte dass die eine Auftrag von C-date über PayPal haben. Anwalt eingeschaltet aber das Geld habe ich immer noch nicht. Unglaublich diese Arroganz und Unverschämtheit wie die Menschen hier behandelt werden.

SCAM - bots, og utrolig dårlig support service.
Hjemmesiden er fyldt med Bots (utroligt dårlig lavet til dansk), for slet ikke at tale om deres medlemspris/opsigelse. De henviser til opsigelse via deres hjemmeside, men hjemmesiden har ikke en opsigelsesblanket. Support siger udfyld opsigelsesblanketen, linket de henviser til er ikke i deres hjemmeside (inklusiv i HTML'en). Det er snyd og bedrag og de trækkerne ud for at tage flere penge fra deres "kunder". Det er en joke og jeg har tænkt mig at udføre indsigelse mod dem, da de hverken er behjælpelige eller overholder dansk GDPR-lov I forbindelse med opsigelsen.

Nachdem ich das Premium-Abo gekauft habe, wurden mir plötzlich mehr als 350 Euro vom Konto abgebucht. Im Kaufpreis stand ein monatlicher Betrag…
Als ich das gesehen habe, direkt per Fax von meinem 14-Tägigen Widerrufsrecht gebraucht gemacht, mit der Bitte um Bestätigung. Zusätzlich eine Kündigung per Einschreiben losgeschickt, ist auch angekommen, Nachweis liegt vor - dennoch immer noch keine Bestätigung bezüglich meines Widerrufes.
Nach zweimaligen kontaktieren des Kunden-Support weiterhin Funkstille und keine Antwort!
Es besteht ein Nachweis dass das Fax angekommen ist, sowie das meine Kündigung per Post angenommen worden ist - über den Kunden-Support erreicht man niemanden.
Lasst es sein und spart euch den Stress.

Ich wollte ein Abo für 24€ abschließen, 395,76€ wurden abgebucht!!!
Betrügermasche bis zum geht nicht mehr.
Habe die Bezahlung Versuch zu stornieren und keine Antwort bekommen.
Im Nachhinein die Bezahlung eingefroren und jetzt verlang diese Seite 750€!!! Von mir.

Do not, under any circumstances sign up to this website. It is fully bot controlled, they're not interested in communicating and they'll take £360+ from any card you register. It's almost impossible to cancel your membership.
Demand a SIGNED CONTRACT if they're using debt collection agencies against you, and DEMAND they take you to court. They won't. I guarantee it. THEY'RE SCAMMERS, nothing more. Parasites.
Block every email they send you and there's going to be quite a few, ignore them. They have no power in the UK. No UK offices, no UK business registration.

Hi, if you didn't cancel your subscription or if you stopped a payment, then you would have been sent two reminders/ requests to contact the customer service team and if there's still no resolution we have the right to pass debts onto to external agencies. This is standard practice for outstanding debts. Because you say your debt has been passed to another agency/ lawyer you'll need to contact them to dispute the claims against you.

Jeg prøver,at opsige mit premium medlemskab,men det er umuligt. Man skal download en formular, udfulde den og sende den tilbage med fax. What?! Whem har og whem bruger fax i 2023? Jeg kan finde ikke nogle kontakt til kundeservice, så det er umuligt at snakke med dem. Sindssyg!!! Og de kalder sig en seriøs virksomhed.
