I bought a car this week from Caffyns Lotus Kent, through Sam Nicholson, and my service was fantastic, from inquiring about the car and getting an in depth video of all its features and notable factors, to the handling of the purchase, to delivery and afterwards, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and addressed all concerns really quickly and thoroughly. Couldn't fault the whole experience, would definitely recommend buying from here.

I have had a somewhat challenging issue with multiple error messages on the car. It has taken some time to diagnose the issue but Caffyns have been entirely professional in their approach. We now have a resolution to the issue and I get my car back tomorrow with reassurance for the next 18 months. I couldn't be happier with the way the team at Caffyns have resolved this complex issue. They have been simply brilliant. My thanks to Shane and Adrian for some brilliant coms and support.

Great Service from day one. I went to Brighton to purchase a new Q3 and from my first phone call to picking up the car I had nothing but 1st class treatment. Nothing was too much from the sales executive (James) and everything was explained clearly and concisely. I paid for some extras in respect of wheel guard etc but did not feel under any pressure to do so (not my usual experience). It is an expensive purchase but I was not stressed in the slightest thanks to James and Audi Brighton

Great service from start to end. Recently had my car in for a service and nothing was too much trouble. Alex Brace was looking after me and he kept me up to date with how things were going and returned my calls straight away. I have my car serviced by Audi Eastbourne frequently and have never had a complaint. An efficient, well oiled team (pardon the pun). Thank you.

First class Customer Service from start to finish. Dan was who I primarily dealt with, although I was also spoken to by his boss Adam. Can’t speak highly enough of both. A brilliant experience from start to finish. I live 1.5 hours from this dealership, but the travel was worth it for how well I was treated.

Always so well looked after whenever I go. Propper customer service and good coffee and cake too!

I’ve had multiple appointments either on the phone or in person. I’m told I can get an appointment to fix issues with my car which they do not contact me to arrange an appointment or if they do it’s in 3 months away to go back in circles all over again.
When trying to resolve the issue with my car they can’t as they need to diagnose the issue, after this was done I was told it can’t be fixed and didn’t give me the reason for this.
What’s the point in owning a Vaxhaull if their car dealerships can’t even fix their own cars?
Just think it’s awful service in general.

Bought an approved used Volvo from Caffyns Worthing back in May. Quickly had problems with the remote key fob; contacted by phone several times and advised someone would respond - they haven't. And getting no response to emails. Very disappointed by their customer service particular as I've bought Volvos from other Volvo dealerships in the past and their customer service has always been really good.

Just bought an Audi q2 from Caffyns Eastbourne.

Cannot fault the service I received from Amber from first looking to a test drive through to final purchase.
The whole start to finish service to a follow up call was seamless!

Dealing with Caffyns is an absolute pleasure. Everyone is polite, professional, helpful and friendly, and I have total confidence that my vehicle will be looked after to the highest standard.

Had dealt with Caffyns Tunbridge Wells Skoda on two previous occasions and had great service. Unfortunately this was not the case on our latest order.

They delivered a different specification car to the one ordered and with a broken front seat belt.

We also had numerous issues with the Skoda offers supposedly being available and the dealer discount offered. Doubtful that we’d consider Caffyns for any future purchase.

Experience was good - but nothing was required as the service is not due for another 11000 miles - computer had been incorrectly set after the last service - health check, car clean and Phil’s attention were first class
