Scam, Scam, Total Scam. We were charged immediately, never received the blanket (it’s been months) and had to cancel our card due to so many fraudulent issues following the order re. further attempted charges/activity. Numerous emails to the “company” with the continuous response of, “It’s on the way, sorry”.

How can I contact this company? Over charged and then sent only half my order. No response to email.

I really wouldn’t even give your company a 1 but that is the lowest I can get. First of all, I ordered these blankets, or should I say cheap material, 5 weeks before our babies came home from the hospital, one blue one for Emmett and a grey one for Elliott. After repeatedly contacting the company, I finally after 7 weeks got Emmett’s piece of material ( I wouldn’t even classify it as a blanket) 2 weeks AFTER our baby came home from hospital, and today I received Elliot’s material , 3 weeks after he came home. I was in tears as it was LAVENDER not grey as ordered and was upper and lower cased letters mixed and looks HORRIBLE. I really would like my money back as they were not delivered timely, not as expected and cheap material not blankets as ordered. I cannot put a boy in lavender blanket. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, cheap, disgusting, absolutely HORRIBLE product. They also came from China.

Ordered 3 blankets for this company in mid Oct. i have only received 1 so far. It is not the best quality either. 2nd one was lost in the mail and still have not received my 3rd one because it says it hasn’t been shipped yet and it’s Nov 18th. Phone number to call sends you to voicemail. Emails go unanswered. This does come from the UK and it takes several weeks to get through customs. Then it’s sent snail mail (USPS). Would never order from here again. Every time I put a comment about my order on their social media posts, they delete it.

Ordered smallest blanket on 10/07/2022 arrived 11/172022. If I had the correct means to make myself it would have been more professionally made, poor finishing. Also they do not tell you it comes from the UK. Express shipping, not true, it took 41 day to receive product. Positive note, it is very soft, nothing else positive about this product

Placed and order and it charged me more than what it said at checkout. Immediately said please cancel my order as it was too expensive. They said sorry your order has already been processed and shipped. I said I find that hard to believe. I said please cancel and I told them this was my 1st expensive with their company and it wasn't great. Advised I will Contact my bank and make sure it isn't processed. They ended up refunding me $8-9 less than they charged my card. Just thankful to get as much money as I did back. What a horrible feeling while shopping for gifts.

Also the only reason they are getting 1 start is because there isn't an zero

I ordered 3 blankets. One blanket was exactly as I ordered. The second one was lilac instead of grey. I ordered this for my grandson so I was not pleased when they said that it was correct. The third blanket came in a separate shipment and the paper label on the bag had the correct child’s name on it, the blanket was the correct color but the blanket had another child’s name on it. The quality of the blankets are not what I expected for the price. I am still in contact with them trying to resolve this matter. I’m unhappy with the product!

Total scam. Placed an order for 2 blankets and immediately they charged me more than the order amount on the invoice. Immediately said cancel order and they said it had already been shipped. It was personalized and had literally been less than a minute.
A month in a half later received one blanket and the quality is crap. I will not even give this blanket to anyone. I emailed them about the other blanket and they said it has been shipped separately. They sent me a tracking number. In checking the tracking number there was no such number. I emailed them and they said they sent the wrong tacking number. Still the tracing number can't be found.
I have asked for a refund and now they have quit corresponding.

Ordered 3 blankets in 3 different colors in September. Just received and 1 blanket is wrong color - but more importantly they are all of low quality and not fit to be given as gifts! This company is now offering me $7 on a $60 order as a refund. Buyer beware - this company is a SCAM.

I ordered 2 blanket over 6 was ago have not heard anything from them. Nobody will answer the customer support number or email. But they have my money. Hope they show up before Christmas.

First I ordered Five blankets for grandchildren Finally got two and can’t not find a way to contact them tired all there sites no results no such site. Last time I will ever ordered on line this has got me twice think I would learn there will never be a third. Don’t order from them and the blankets are of poor quality and paper thin.

Bought 3 blankets for grandchildren . Thought it looked legit on website but wished I’d checked Trust Pilot . Several ‘ polite ‘ e mails with “ delivery updates “ . No items delivered . Then they tried to keep part of payment . Still chasing them and about to involve credit card fraud department. Do not buy from them . Scammers .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Like many others, I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Ordered three blankets (one order) and after 5 weeks, finally received one of them. After several emails, no response from the company about when or if I will get the others. I’m sick about paying so much and not getting the goods. SCAM

Got a $36 refund on a $345 payment! Thought PayPal would help. Nope, after ridiculous refund, they closed the dispute and said it could not reopen. TOTAL SCAM!
I still have not received the blankets and from what I read nowtheywill not be fit for gifts. That was a large chunk of my shopping $$! I am sick and feel so stupid for not investigating further BEFORE I ordered. DAMN!!

OVER CHARGED BUT DID REFUND THE OVER PAY OF ABOUT $12.00. SCAM SCAM. NOW ON FACEBOOK FOR $19.99 WHEN I PAID $29.99. VERY ANGRY. DONT DONT BUY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their blankets take forever to be delivered and when you do finally receive it you find out it is very poor quality. The blanket is like a tea towel.

I ordered and paid for 5 blankets, however they only sent 4. I have emailed and told them to send the final blanket immediately. They will not reply to me. Never, ever again will I order from them.

I ordered 2 blankets on 9/9/2022 and have yet to receive. I've sent emails and emails and now I'm getting zero response. First, they overcharged my CC by 11.83 but did that refund and now my shipment states arrived at destination port which is not my home address. Sure wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. NEVER AGAIN
