Delivery issue is still not remedied
Delivery issue is still not remedied. I suggest CAS finds a reputable delivery service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was also not asked about Air Miles and I have a collector's number.

We regret to learn that your experience has been less than adequate.
However, our records show that the delivery was not completed due to the fact there were rails in the way, and the team could not get the appliance to fit through.
We can see that a service call has been scheduled for May 31st to complete the service.

Carson King the Account Executive in the showroom who dealt with us was a very knowledgeable and accommodating person. As senior's we needed to ask a few things to be repeated, and he was patient with us. He very kindly showed us the map to direct us to the warehouse, as we were not familiar with the location.
Sasha the warehouse associate who dealt with us was also very friendly and helpful.

love my new fridge
love my new fridge, it was delivered on Friday as promised..I had asked for a.m. delivery, but it was scheduled for the afternoon. It came just after 1:00 which was perfect (we had an event at 5:00), so it all worked out. We had a small issue, the buzzing from the ice maker, which we aren't using - Easy fix, support call was very helpful

We regret to learn that your experience has been less than adequate.
However, our records show that the appliance on the order was a floor model appliance - hence a foxed price.
The concern on your order was that the sales representative charged a 25% deposit instead of 45% for the appliance, which is standard for floor model units.
The order was, eventually, cancelled as there was a scratch on the unit.
Your refund will be processed back to the credit card on file.
Once processed, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed, I bought fridge , ordered number C2523791 ,but doesnot match-my old freezer. When I bought online I told the sale person the model number of my fridge and explain about my whole unit . With in one hour request for return, I didn’t open packing and didn’t plug in but now they are asking 25%restocking fee +delivery charge its a scam the sale person should be aware me when I bought but he didn’t mention, please don’t buy from Canadian appliance there return policy is scam i never buy anything in future
