I bought a washer and dryer from Canadian Appliance Source. Paz was the representative who helped set up my delivery. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. He even responded to my phone calls in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service!

Sheshna was super supportive and helpful rebooking my delivery.

The sales rep was very informative and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received the fridge. The drivers were very friendly and professional. They were in and out in no time.

I spent $10,000.00 on 6 appliances and the stove came with out all the pieces my bottom door won't even close because missing pieces. I don't understand how you can sell an item with out checking if all the pieces are in

I don’t speak French and wonder why an English option for your survey is not available. Regardless, I had a wonderful experience at your store. My sales associate, Mike Cole, went to great lengths to get the appliances I needed.

Awful to deal with if you have a problem or need to return or exchange. The most non consumer friendly company I’ve dealt with for ages.
Baffling when there are so many choices of places to shop.

you expect customers to sign upon delivery that everything is there and not damaged, but you don't unpackage your items?? Think about it. I understand if a customer does not want them opened immediately due to construction, however, all other appliances places unpackage items and take away the garbage. Very poor customer service.

Excellent experience, from the friendly personal service from the sales person to the delivery, which kept me informed about the exact time of arrival. The price was competitive too. Highly recommend!

Not sure why it’s in French? I was happy with my experience from CAS, however I am not satisfied AT ALL with the delivery and set up of my washer and dryer!

Great sales person. Patient & answered all our questions. Delivery folks were excellent. Rogers Lake & Kelvin Francis were careful with our decor, carpet etc.

Why is this French? I find this very annoying. I live in Toronto, the email came in English, and all I get is a French survey. So, first piece of feedback is that this is very annoying. Secondly, your staff at the store were great (Jona). He got me exactly what I needed in 1 day and I am grateful. Thirdly, the delivery folks were not great. They got the job done but were messy, banged some walls, and left grease marks everywhere. I know you outsource this, but I would not let that company back in my house.

They had my washer and dryer in stock. Got delivered the next day. Two friendly delivery guys came and removed my old units and installed both washer and dryer and hook up. Good service and on time.

Antonio happily answered all our questions and quickly found us a unit in stock. I had to reschedule the delivery multiple times and it was easy to do, so that was very convenient. The delivery guys only had to place the microwave drawer in the front hall, so I can't speak to how careful they would've been if they were delivering something big like a washer/dryer or fridge. All is good with the microwave so far.
