The customer service was very good. They accommodated a change we made to the order and when problems occurred they were dealt with efficiently and without much hassle. The major problem was that we had damaged gates delivered to us with replacements being damaged as well. The damage ranged from scratches in the paint work to bends in the gate frame. I imagine they were damaged in transit by the courier used which is a great shame as the process of getting a set of gates we were happy with became rather long winded and spoilt our customer experience.

I have noticed that a couple of the small stiles across the gate I can move from side to side

The gate was made to measure and fitted the frame exactly and after 8 months it still looks great.

Ordered gate & pair of posts, gate was fine, but 2 hanging posts supplied. Correct latch post supplied but after several weeks & a few chasing phone calls.

We ordered a metal fence which arrived within a couple of days but there were no fixings with it.
I called to find out how to acquire the fittings, and without hesitation, the person who answered the phone said not to worry and she would send them out.
Quite honestly I expected to have to call a few days later to remind them to deliver but they arrived the next day.
Such a pleasure dealing with a company that does what it says. Very efficient and a big THANK YOU from me.

I bought a gate via ranton Gates on ebay, absolutely no communication as to when the gate would be delivered which resulted in the courier (no idea which company) leaving the gate on the doorstep which could have resulted in the gate being stolen luckily it wasn't. Quality of the paintwork on the gate is poor, it looks like it wasn't prepared properly between coats. Poor servicr

I had a bespoke order size and my query was dealt with Laura - from the initial email to the very last i cannot fault Laura's care in customer service - prompt, accurate, kind and timely with sincere attention to detail on all of my queries.

I was told the gates would be 3 weeks as it was a special order however all delivered safely within 9 days of order.

The courier was also fantastic with prompt text messages on updates with regards to the time of delivery

I have no hesitation in using this company again and will refer at any opportunity

An excellent experience from start to finish dealing with Cannock Gates. Nothing was ever too much for Sophia as we requested a number of quotes due to the superb choice of gates. We chose the Cromwell with added Dog Bars and this was done with no issues.
Installers arrived on time, and did a professional job.
Would definitely recommend a site survey first to review requirements.

Ordering the gates was easy and the choice of sizes and styles is perfect.
My only complaint was that the courier (XPD) were awful but this was outside of Cannock Gates control.
Its the after sales service that counts when something goes wrong and I have to say the lovely staff at Cannock Gates did everything they could to sort it out and even offered to send a 2nd set of gates out to ensure i got them.
Really very happy with Cannock Gates. The quality of product, price and after sales service are fabulous.

A completely satisfactory experience

Ordering was easy to complete and our garden gate came well within the estimated delivery time. The gate and accompanying parts are sturdy and well made. I have noticed a tiny area of rust on the gate catch already and, although the gate has been treated with several coats of Sadolin it has swelled in the recent extremely wet weather and is proving difficult to close now. I guess that's to be expected given the conditions we're exepriencing currently and I fully expect it to revert to normal when things dry out a little!

Gate that wr ordered was perfect. Shopped around to find the right size gate and was exactly what we needed. Well made. Would recommend to other people to buy from them. Delivery was when expected, delivery person was polite.
