I'm lucky to live near Neals and use it often. It would help me if plants could be grouped for the sunny side or the shady side of the garden.

This is one of the best garden centres locally in North London. I usually buy my plants here and they are healthy and strong. The staff at the tills are very nice and helpful. It would be nice to have more staff available for questions in the plant stock areas. I have a big garden and am always looking for particular plants and would like more help.EW.

it relaxes me just looking around and seeing the plants, the colour and the pretty things inside. Good coffee and you can take your little dogs inside- and they ahve a good selection of pet beds etc. Not the cheapest, but a very pleasant place to be and go with your elderly customer card for a discount on Wednesdays .

Capital Gardens Centre is a haven of plants and peace. It is my 'go to' place for everything I need for my garden and my allotment, or just to wander around looking at beautiful, growing things for a spot of solace. I cannot recommend them enough! :))

Always a pleasure to visit Capital Gardens at Alexandra Palace. Terrific staff and I always get the service I expect from a garden centre although price wise sometimes a bit 'full on'!

A lovely garden center with a huge range of plants including trees and bamboos. They sell houseplants, furniture, garden gifts, pet food, in winter Xmas decs and Xmas trees. They have a lovely cafeteria with a pond and roof terrace where I can bring my dog. I visit them quite often when walking my dog, as they on the edge of a Ally Pally, just mind their grumpy cat.

Privilege Card no. 30001823. Very local for me so I visit often. Sometimes I think some of the staff could do with a bit more training on Customer Care and horticulture but they are always very friendly. Hope the Cafe gets a new Chef soon! I love coming to the Cafe.

Despite several emails dating back nearly a month, I've yet to receive a response to items (Kettler furniture) which need to be replaced under a rust warranty.

Poor.

What rubbish. No-one at Capital Gardens has spoken to me, either by email, telephone or letter.

In the end I had no alternative but to deal with Kettler direct. Thank fully they acted in a very professional manner and the set was replaced nearly 3 weeks ago.

Capital Gardens, you seriously need to review your complaints process and sack the person in the warehouse who said they have spoken with me!

Placed an order for bulbs and compost on 28 November which was dispatched on 4 December.Because Yodel was unable to cope with deliveries at this time of year, was stuck in the system until 12 December when delivery was attempted. Received the order on 13 December one of the bags of compost was burst, which Capital Gardens were aware of as they had wrapped it up with their branded tape in an attempt to make it secure. No sign of any bulbs, which were listed and crossed off on the enclosed invoice. Emailed the company four days ago and still no response from them nor any sign of a refund to my credit card for the missing items. Don't know why they are holding on to my money or my goods.

My delivery was delayed because an item was not in stock- fair enough. When ready for dispatch they asked what day I would like it delivering on (very good). When delivered only one item was delivered- the item that had not been in stock. The other items were not dispatched, they were still in London. So a day off work wasted.

I complained. They agreed to deliver on a Saturday at no extra charge. I checked on the Friday that the item was going to be delivered on the Saturday. They assured me it was. Come Saturday, no Tracking advice from the courier, so I call the Courier. Apparently Capital Gardens had given the Couriers clear instructions to deliver on the Monday. Apalling. So I have to take another day off work. It would have been quicker and cheaper to drive to London and collect the items in person.

I would never order anything from them again.

The deliver was extremely fast. Ordered 1.00pm, arrived 12.00 next day - and that was with free delivery. I have used again since.

I placed an order with capitalgardens late March - to be exact March 29 - and I received it today May 30. Delivery took more than one month - I know it should be shipped to DK,but one month to cross the sea????
And the money was raised from my account two days after I placed the order!!!!
After one week I contacted Capitalgardens as my order was still in picking/packing mode according to their own website - I was told they had some problem with a fork lift and was a little behind - after 1 more week i contacted Capitalgardens again as the status hasn't changed, they would check why my order wasn't shipped yet - after 1 more week - I was informed by Capitalgardens that there would be a additional freight cost - if I accepted the extra freight cost they would ship my order. I accepted and the order was delivered today.
I shop a lot in the UK - but I have never before experienced delivery time of more than one month.
Prices are great - but they have to do something about the delivery time outside UK.

Great website, great prices very reasonable, item despatched quickly and well packaged ,look forward to using my wonderful garden furniture. I would definately use Capital Gardens again. MANY THANKS
