Ordered an In Phase USW300 Sub to give the original head unit in my classic Alfa Romeo a boost. Perfect solution to improve bass on a head unit without RCA outputs. Great price, super quick delivery, even in the run up to Xmas.

Purchased a headunit in black Friday sale, heard nothing for days I had to contact them and they replied with a dont care attitude. Said won't be posted until February! Still showing stock of 4 on website. Got a refund, if you have any issues after delivery good luck with them!. Avoid this company they just take your money and sit on it.

This company has had £600 of my money for two weeks now.

No email coms until I chased a week ago then the reply came that they were awaiting stock, that it would be in last week and sent out then.

I’ve chased most days since and had zero coms back.

Avoid like the plague!

Purchased a head unit.
No communication or confirmation re despatch.
I called and emailed some days later. Was eventually told that item wasn't in stock and website not up to date. Offered a refund from a person that sounded like he couldn't care less.

Have just looked these guys up on Trust Pilot, can't believe the rating. I ordered new stereo for my wife's smart car, the help and advice was second to none. They went through all the options and gave excellent advice (Mo your a star). Ordered goods and they came within three days, had problems installing it did call customer services but didn't get a call back (perhaps look at that boys) so called sales again (Mo) even did a video call to help identify which wires I needed, can't praise the customer service enough.

Dreadful communication and service. Ordered on Wednesday, emailed on Monday after as it still hadn't been dispatched, took three emails to get a response. On the plus side, they refunded quickly. It was never dispatched.

I seem to be having trouble getting through to any one regarding my return . I’ve called every other day and get the same response, we will take your name number and order number and pass it on to head office . I’ve called every other day now and yet no correspondence from them .

My product is still under warranty, it was returned due to the product either being faulty or stopped working on its own accord.
I’ve been and bought a replacement already as I’ve read some terrible reviews on here regarding returns .
Hopefully they see this and give me a response.
Not a route I wanted to go down .

Customer Bought a unit for me to put into there Toyota Rav 4. Though the unit looked complete it wasn't. Found these guys on the internet and what can i say they went above and beyond to help me. Special thank you to Ilie and Mohammed. Walked me through how to correctly install after suppling me the missing cable i required.

Outstanding service and would definitely recommend

Having had a new radio, 6 new speakers, electric aerial and door and boot soundproofing installed in my 1994 MGRV8, I decided to have a period style RetroSound Motor 6 installed in my 1980 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11.
A good start is CEN open at 7.30. Greeted by enthusiastic Sean and then Jason started on the instal.
Jason really knows his stuff, had to do some soldering on the aerial and fiddled with the wiring, such that the aerial now retracts when the ignition is turned off - previously the radio had to be turned off. He also wired the system, such the a speaker front - rear balance knob on the dashboard still works, maintaining originality which is important on classic cars.
The unit looks period correct, the control knobs almost exactly replicating those on the original Blaupunkt unit.
Most importantly the sound quality is superb.
Can’t recommend CEN highly enough - super professional and a delight to deal with.

I have an Audi A4 and the OEM sound system it came with wasn’t cutting the cloth, so i came to the tooting branch to see what options I had on upgrades. Illy and Ricky have sorted the job right out. They replaced all 4 door speakers first then gave me the car back but I wanted a bit more BANG so they said come back on Monday and they’ll have something special for
Me. So, as promised I came back on Monday and these boys did an absolute MADNESS to car (and I mean that in the best possible way) inside the car sounds like a FCUKN night club. They tuned everything so the sound quality was insane. As soon as I played my own music it took me back to my days on need for speed on the play station 1. The subwoofer they put in the boot made my inner child extremely happy….. can’t say the same about the mrs though. She absolutely hates it. BUT at least now when she’s giving me headache I genuinely can’t hear what she’s saying and ontop of that it’s saved me a fortune on fuel because all I want to do now is cruise around at 20mph with the music blasting

The lads did everything within 2 hours on both days. Absolutely brilliant turn around time

All I can say is go down and have a chat with them if you’re looking for any sort of upgrade they look after you properly

I’m going back soon to get a reverse camera linked to my centre screen

The options they have in the shop is fantastic

120% recommend these lads to anyone. Proper down to earth dudes who put their customers needs first

Shame really been wanting the twin 12" pioneer subwoofer for ages. Finally ordered one was getting very excited. A week had almost passed, I then asked for an update and was told wont be dispatched till next month so much for a speedy dispatch not only that they are 2hrs away from me so was expecting it with 2-3days at most 😡 now if asked for a refund now have to wait 3-5WD for the money back. Now have to shop somewhere else for one

I purchased a brand new subwoofer and amplifier from car audio centre however within a few months the subwoofer failed and a local engineer deemed it faulty. I attempted to claim on the warranty however after shipping the item back car audio centre stopped replying to my emails. The delivery was tracked and they received it over a month ago however I have not received any update at all and have received no replies to my emails since the item was delivered to them. I am now looking into making a complaint with trading standards/small claims court. I would avoid at all costs!

I ordered my products and then got an order confirmation. This item would be delivered in 2-4 days and you could track the order through the app ‘Shop’ i then download the app to try and track my order which i couldn’t find anywhere and then I decided to email the customer service. I received a reply saying your item isn’t in stock and won’t be until August 24th which i was never notified about when ordering it. Also it said there was 8 In stock at the time i ordered it. This business seems completely unorganised and wouldn’t recommend at all.

The company took payment then cancelled the order within an hour saying the item had been discontinued & was no longer available… I haven’t got a clue how that can happen..??? Still waiting for a refund 17 days later.
Really poor service,

I attempted to buy a stereo and double din adapter kit for my car. The stereo was no longer in production so was swapped for a more recent model. The adapter kit, although showing it was in stock, I was told it was out of stock and any communication about it has been ignored, Including an email that contained two questions then when replied to contained no mention of the adapter kit. Also ignored was my request to cancel the order and begin a refund and when attempting to phone the customer service, despite the website saying available until 6pm I was greeted with a completely unprofessional and aggravating sad trombone sound effect and a message saying the actual available times are until 5pm

I recently purchased a Pioneer head unit and fitting kit for my sister-in-law’s Audi A3. After installation, I encountered some interference through the speakers. A quick call to the Car Audio Centre put me in touch with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who quickly resolved the issue. The Pioneer unit now works seamlessly with the car’s Bose system, delivering excellent sound quality—and she now enjoys the convenience of wireless CarPlay. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Brought a sub and amplifier kit from them. Arrived in good time. Upon fitting the amplifier was faulty. Straight into protect mode. I am a electrical tech by trade, I checked for shorts ect and even put the amp on my lab power supply indoors and same so item was definitely faulty.
I sent it back for testing and now won't return my emails. It's now been 3 months and no reply. Absolutey ridiculous service.

Absolutely horrendous company. First of all they sent me the wrong stuff, and then trying to get through to customer service well no chance. Very poor aftercare service. Sat on returning my money for a month. So I went o Halfords in the end and got a much better deal. Avoid this company, don’t be taken in by the voice over on the endless loop you have to listen to trying to get through to customer service. In a world where we are used to best practice customer like eBay, John Lewis etc there really is no excuse for service like this.

Sending the wrong kit or replacing kit with stuff I didn’t ask for, or was asked first about is just plain bad manners. Having to call a company every day because no one is answering the phone is appalling. This whole experience with them has soured my whole buying experience with them.

Item supplied dead on arrival. Returned and refunded, but without initial postage costs.
Why would I pay for them to post me an unusable item ?
