I’ve been with Carole Nash for three years now, and I’ve been very happy with the level of service they’ve provided.
As we all know, insurance premiums have been increasing year after year. My car insurance goes up every year, regardless of the provider or level of cover—it’s simply becoming more expensive.
With Carole Nash, however, my experience has been the complete opposite. My motorcycle insurance has actually become cheaper each year. That’s something I really appreciate, and it’s one of the main reasons I have no intention of switching providers.
Carole Nash has done an excellent job of staying competitive while keeping premiums as affordable as possible. It’s refreshing to see a company passing savings on to its customers where they can.
Well done, Carole Nash, and keep up the great work!

More focus on existing customers than new
Lost a star as CN apparently does not price match with competitor pricing when it comes to new business. Unbelievable but true - you'd think there would be some engagement to try and persuade a customer to join.
The price in my case was fairly close (a little above a competitor I was using) so still acceptable, but I was left with a bad feeling after my call to try and price match.
More focus on new customers and enticement to join, especially when on a call, would help with a good customer service rating and comfort when buying.

CN renewal easy as usual.
Renewal was a simple process. Everything was explained clearly and all information was clearly laid out. Automatic posting of documents would be great. Still haven't received my postal documents which usually happens.

Was refused a quote which is ok but…
Was refused a quote which is ok but they wouldn't even give me a written refusal which by law I'm entitled to.
I was waiting ages before a man named Oscar finally told me he wouldn't give me a written refusal.
Under the Central Bank of Ireland's Consumer Protection Code, if an insurer or broker refuses to provide a motor or property insurance quotation, they must inform the consumer of the reasons for the refusal in writing
