Shockingly poor service. I ordered some touch-up paint for my car which did not arrive for a lengthy period. When I emailed about this I was told to wait an extra couple of days and get back to them if it did not turn up. It didn't but all my emails and voicemail messages were ignored. I disputed the payment to them with my credit card company who contacted them and they did send it - except it was the wrong paint and not what I had ordered so absolutely no use. Based on my past experience I am not hopeful this will be sorted out even though I have forwarded them details of my original order. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. Appalling.

No response to emailed enquiries. Given up trying to place an order.
Having read these reviews, probably saved time and money.

Delivery for paint was 2+ weeks only to find paint was not a match, have tried to phone but no reply, have e-mailed numerous times but no genuine reply. Do not be taken in by this rip off and it's NO QUIBBLE colour match money back guarantee, what a waste of time and money!

Reading the reviews after I purchased I was alarmed and never expected my paint to arrive. How wrong could I be! Arrived just over a week after ordering and can't fault paint or service. Maybe I was a lucky one I don't know but on my experience would use again.

Ordered (and paid) for paint weeks ago. No paint, no answers to emails (except generic reply) and they never answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam in my opinion I have contacted Trading Standards but should like to see them prosecuted. If you are prepared to help let me know

Money taken a few days after the order sent. Paint arrived 5 weeks later! Were required to pay excess delivery charge although I purchased delivery already. Never answer the product or solution emails.

Taken money, No paint, don't answer mails.

Is this company still trading and committing fraud by still accepting orders. I firmly believe trading standards need to be involved. all that happens is you receive differing e-mails when you ask where your order is.

Avoid at all costs.

They do not supply the goods ordered and avoid all efforts to contact them.

Terrible company!! I too wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Goods have not arrived in given timescale...no response to my emails and unable to contact by phone. This is obviously a scam! Please be warned and do not order from this company or send any money to them....you will lose it!!

Do not order from this company please avoid. I ordered from them at the beginning of April and 5 weeks later it still had not arrived. I had excuse after excuse from them in emails. One email would say it had been despatched and then I would receive an email saying they could not mix the paint and needed a paint. Finally I asked for my money back and I found another good decent reputable supplier based in Warrington Cheshire. Take note of all the bad reviews and please avoid carpaintrepair

OMG!!! What a joke! Ordered paint weeks ago and nothing turned up. Emailed several times and just get an automated reply. I so wish I had checked reviews first before ordering. I cannot believe all the negative reviews and they are still trading. This is fraud and I will be reporting them to the police.

Ordered paint , so all was good...That's it really a month on and no paint , no communication , no replies to phone or emails . I have contact West Lothian trading standards but i think my chance of a refund have gone. This is theft and i dont understand why something hasn't been done about this company before as the reviews go back a while . PLEASE DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.....THIEVES...

Paint arrived soon after placing my order, but the wrong colour. No response to emails. Agree it seems like a scam, definitely abysmal service.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering,order not delivered,money taken weeks ago,no answer to calls or emails,am probably about to just write it off now.

Last time I ordered, my order was weeks late to arrive. This time I've not been able to get in touch for two weeks - absolutely no response to my several emails.

Don't buy from this company ,they take your money but you don't get any goods

Ordered expecting 24 hour delivery. Got acknowledgement of payment from organisation called Worldpay but said was not confirmation order accepted. Gave a link for carpaintrepair tried following up as no acknowledgement but didn't work. Tried phoning just got voice mail. E mailed on another address - rude auto respond saying web site clearly states on holiday till 21 October. Stated nothing of sort but did not place order till November so irrelevant. Followed up and got same reply. Read awful reviews of this company and Worldpay too. Have cancelled order via my credit card company.

Ordered paint in June 2016 chased them by email 6 times in six months. No paint - generic email replies. On holiday, busy, etc. They don't answer phone and don't return messages.
Its a con. I have contacted World Pay. Will contact Trading Standards and Google next. These crooks trade on you not being bothered about losing small amounts. Big mistake!
