Having read these terrible reviews I expected the same outcome, but no. Ordered a paint kit on Tuesday and it arrived today (Friday). Got text messages from the courier, saying when the item would arrive and it did. Everything seems to be fine with the order as well.

Like all the others here. Ordered paint in July and it's now September..nothing !They do not answer their phone or reply to emails. Will now have to go through credit card to get my money back. Why is this company being allowed to trade ?

Took money, no paint!
Sent emails, to have them returned by Hotmail as 'Undeliverable'
Claiming my money back through the Bank.
Don't order from this company, you don't need the hassle!
(The pos reviews on their site can't be genuine!)

Stay away from this company. Its a scam. Take your money and never send the paint. Any positive reviews of this company are probably fake. Do not order from them. If you paid by credit card or by paypal and did not get your order, then file a credit card charge-back/dispute and leave a negative review to warn others.

0-stars terrible company. Ordered a month ago and still no paint. Rang and emailed several times and got no reply. Had a email 13 days ago saying my paint is on its way, still no paint arrived. Wish I read reviews. Google should be ashamed still having this company on their first page.

I payed this company nearly £40 10 days ago and despite having called them several times where they never answer the phone and no one calls back and they don't answer emails either.
It is obviously a rip off company and I am appealing to Google to remove them before they cheat others.
I wish I had seen the reviews before buying.
I have asked my credit card to remove the payment but could have done without the hassle as I really needed the apint in a hurry and now it is too late.
I have also written to trading standards as they need to be investigated and fined.

Do not buy from this company.
They took my £30 for paint and touch up.
I have not received anything after 10 days

I shall call the credit card company and attempt to get a refund an then go to Halfords
Google should not list them
RBS World Pay should cancel their merchants agreement.

I bought wrong color code to replace for the right one its take ages becouse no one replay on e-mail or telephone number on webside .when they answer on email i ask to refaund .the best way is send the police to shut down the shop

I hope they spend my money on trying to improve themselves rather than attempting to sell car paint. No paint, no refund, no response to repeated emails and calls. Do not use this company.

Had same issues as others back in May. Sent wrong colour and never replied to E-mails or telephone messages. I eventually complained to the local trading standards office in Lothian and they secured a refund.
Avoid would be my recommendation.

Wish I had read the reviews on this company before making an order last week. Have reported them to my bank but have to wait for a certain period of time to elapse before they can attempt to retrieve the money! Will be contacting Trading Standards. 😞

After a very long wait the paint arrived and was a totally different colour to my car. I have emailed repeatedly and lost count of the number of times I have rung, Nobody answers the phone and the messaging service must be full as I can't even leave a suitably worded complaint.

Don't use these people they are completely unprofessional and must be making a fortune out of unhappy customers

As with others, my experience of this company has been awful. I ordered some paint on the 4th of April 2016 and as of today (27th of May 2016) I've not received my paint. I have contacted them via email and had no replies at all! Terrible service. I have contacted RBS WORLDPAY and they have said that they are aware of the others having issues with these cowboys and are investigating them.

The paint i recieved about month later from these cowboys was very thin indeed, more like water, do NOT buy from these conmen, don't answer the phone or reply to emails, please Avoid.

I also have had same problems ordered in Feb not had nothing and it is may,you can STAY WELL AWAY

As far as I'm concerned this website is a Con, paint orderd over 3 weeks ago and no sign of it, kept ringing there customer support line no answer and no reply to my voice mails, emailed them twice and just received a generic email back about a back log, just filed a official complaint to world pay, DO NOT USE CAR PAINT REPAIR. CO .UK!

I used this company about 12 months ago and bought their 3 part kit - specifying the paint code and was totally happy with the match. I stumbled across this site while trying to order some more paint, the remnants of the initial batch having thickened too much to use. This second order was fulfilled within three working days and, once again, I'm satisfied with the paint and colour match.

I thought I was on my own trying to get my order or money back until i stumbled across Trust pilot and saw all the reviews here - I have exactly the same issues as everyone else.
First they emailed me to say its on its way, then a day later to say they have lost the order - what??? - polite email back to them and nothing despite a barrage of emails from me threatening trading standards and legal action - I've now informed all the classic car forums I'm on about their service and and have asked my bank to get the money back - what's wrong with these people?

Contact Sally Burton at West Lothian Trading Standards - just email them and she will get your money back - they claim they sent it out - yeah right

I got an email on monday saying order processed and ready for shipping,5 days later NOTHING and no replys to emails.
I am now contacting trading standards about this!

Put my order in using my cars paint code. I bought the undercoat, paint, clear coat, and a few pieces of sand paper. I received the correct paint 7 days later. The paint is an exact match and looks great.
