Dreadful service.
We used them to park at a hotel at Manchester airport.
They weren’t expecting us. No shuttle bus ready. No shuttle to collect us. Car was meant to be taken off site and parked. Got back to the hotel to be told the car hadn’t been delivered back. Hotel
(Useless too) rang them to fetch the car back. No response. Turns out our car hadn’t moved all weekend.
Just don’t bother

Absolute scumbags. Was visiting my dying mother at Ipswich Hospital, paid every single day yet still somehow received a charge with absolutely f all I can do about it. If the screen tells me I have paid, I have paid. If there is some kind of f up with your system and payment didn't go through but you told me it did I shouldn't have to pay for your f up. Rip off merchants

Got a ticket for parking in my own hospital parking lot in a safe manner not blocking anybody. There is absolutely no space in the consultant car park even though we are charged every month for parking. We still park in front of other colleague's cars and leave our number to contact in case the car needs moving. I am not sure why we pay them monthly and still have no space, have to park outside and pay for it again ourselves. Its absolutely disgusting! When I appealed I got told I did not provide enough evidence. The site wouldn't let me attach evidence as it kept saying file was too big no matter how much I downsized it!!
Sad bit is no one to stop them from fleecing us!!

They are trying to place me in a location that I had never set foot in. I spend all my time in London with an occasional visit to Birmingham / Bromsgrove so when I’m in the Midlands, I don’t really venture far from home. They are trying to place me at a car park in Wellingborough when I was at home. I’m not really sure what they’re playing at, and the road markings on the “evidence” they used look suspiciously like that of my local gym? Have they really taken any footage of my car and tried to place me in a random location to get a fine off me? It’s criminal behaviour from this organisation and I will be reporting this to all governing bodies that I can find. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Accidently parked in the 'private' hospital part of UCHW - Walsgrave. Checked the signs as I was leaving the car park - sign said 'This Car Park is for visitors and patients of the hospital'. No mention that there is a different hospital right next to UCHW so I thought nothing of it. Appealed saying I hadn't realised -sent proof of payment as I'd paid in the hospital reception area. Why would anyone deliberately park in the wrong car park and pay for the parking if they were trying to get out of paying? It was obviously a mistake. It's a deliberate scam to get extra money out of innocent people who've simply made a mistake. Those signs should clearly state that you'll get a fine if you're going to the main hospital. CPP could easily make more effort to let people know or to stop them entering in the first place. It's disgusting preying on people who are attending a hospital, whether as a patient or a visitor. The signs are NOT clear, as they stated in their response to me when I appealed. I noticed, from google searches, that they waive the fines if the press get hold of story!!!! But that's not good enough. They should do much better.

I paid for my parking according to the machine. I had a witness. But the payment wasn’t processed/taken and I received a fine. I wonder how many others have been fined when they believe they have paid.

Absolutely vile company, paid for parking to visit coventry hospital ward my sister was on and they had separate parking area the reception didn't mention we got free parking as long as our reg was put into their system so we paid for parking but still got a fine, I emailed them the recipt which we paid for double the time we spent there. They rejected my dispute with the proof of recipt sent to them. Utter stupid company, they have sent a letter to take my partner to court however I have all proof (can even show hospital evidence of my sister and her new born staying there) once in court I will be requesting compensation for the trouble and my money back on parking too. The people who look into appeals are dumb too. A five year old could do the job better. I even emailed them back confiing we was visiting that ward and had no reply.. then a letter to say I haven't been back in contact.

I should be getting compensation for the stress, worry and my time wasted in correcting CPP mistakes. I am disgusted at being sent a PCN, I park in my local hospital and have a registered blue badge with the hospital which gives me parking without charge, getting a PCN stressed me out and worried me, I am a hospital patient with a heart problem, in respect of getting a PCN incorrectly I should get compensation for the reasons stated, I am totally disgusted, have a camera system for parking but make sure it works correctly.

These people are despicable. I have sent them a copy of my bank statement showing they've taken the money and a copy of the payment receipt but they insist I owe between £120 and £100 (dependent on which letter I receive from them) and have threatened me with being taken to County Court. They have turned down my appeal twice. I parked in Coventry Walsgrave Hospital for less than an hour.

I then get a parking fine but I sent evidence I paid as it’s on my bank statement, but that’s not enough evidence ?! I need a receipt but you don’t get one if you pay by phone , surely going through your bank account is the receipt ! I then appealed but it took so long it has gone past the 28 days so had to appeal to the POPLA and they agreed with the company !!! They are not an ombudsman so I think it’s a fix !! I am an ex bank manger with good financial means , why on earth would I try to not pay a £3.20 parking fee ?
Absolute disgrace , I will be using the coin operated machine in future to get my ticket ( receipt )

Wow, the number on Google to contact these people goes down to the mobile number of a lovely, polite gentleman (albeit at his wits end) who has never heard of the organisation, has no affiliation and keeps getting calls from customers disputing tickets or paying tickets as they listed his mobile number on Google, which is a shame. He has tried for the past 2 weeks to contact the company to no avail. Absolute shysters to put it politely.
Made a payment for 1 PCN, they charged me for 2, now can't get hold of anyone to refund me. Ace

Parking at Coventry hospital paid and have received a fine. I have appealed and been told I have not put my registration in correctly even though I supplied my receipt with my registration on. This is a scam !

Parked at university hospital paid for all day parking £11 and still got a fine Appealed with receipt of payment appeal not successful will appeal again through POPLA if that fails then let the court decide absolute disgusting company and should be struck off companies house or investigated in to their conduct.

the company deliberately cordoned off the a/e carpark during night time to fleece patients and drivers .no helipad in use and no reason to cordon off other than to fleece customers.no warnings to use alternative car parks and deliberately misuse of power.report these guys and make them pay the ombudsmen every time plz.give these scammers a taste of their own medicine.disgusting behaviour!

I work in the NHS, the payment comes out my wages and I still got a fine. I now have a threaten with bailiffs. They don't accept appeals. Beyond a joke when the car park is only swipe access that is given when you pay for the parking automatically.

Absoloutly usless company ! Totally unfair and impossible to contact , if anyone has any tips on If by law I have to pay a fine I would appreciate it as they aren’t helping me and I PAID for my parking and have a receipt which I emailed to them for my appeal , which they declined but didn’t explain why I hadn’t paid enough ? Like can I chose what I pay because it said to pay 1.50 so that’s what I paid ! What an awful experience

I paid for my parking at uni then got a fine, advised I had paid and the money is on my statement.
They have now issued a County Court claim.

Complete scam.
I paid for a ticket at Harlow Hospital yet still received a charge notice. I appealed with a bank statement, the App confirmation of payment. They say its not enough..........what more can i send???
Now being threatened with being taken to court. I will gladly attend court and hope it is in Essex as that is where they wrongly say I did not pay..........absolutely ridiculous.
