We can take credit for making sure that your installation date is set once your materials arrive in our warehouse. We are very focused on our customer's time, and we understand that importance of "on time delivery", which is why our installation scheduler does everything possible to beat those deadlines.

Wife & I went by N.Church store
My Wife and I went by N. Church St. store and were helped by receptionist until sales lady was available. We were given an appt for measurements / repair estimates, but were called before appt time to cancel and promised a call later in day to reschedule - 5 days later no call. As my Wife went to car I explained to sales lady that Wife had Brain C and really wanted to get new floors soon and she assured me it would happen since had came to Henry's - looked up reviews and thought were best around, but ended up being worst. Wife is really disgusted now and wish had never stopped. Good luck if you need floors for your house. UPDATE TO REPLY : Never got a call to reschedule until after leaving review and your investigation. MSG finally left was - calling to reschedule appt, no apology for no call back Thurs as promised and none as of Mon. Also took all of 1 minute last Mon to see if Grady was available to assist in estimate appt so guess he was on Big Game Safari trying to get a big bear rug for Mary Claire's new house den and SAT phone's battery went dead since last Thurs. Multiple floors is not the problem as you stated. Should have just waited 6 months to review and seen what excuse was then. We were just trying to do a few thousand dollar's of business, nothing more / nothing less.

I am really sorry to hear about your experience with our N. Church Street store. This is really not the way that we handle our business.
I did reach out to our Account Executive to find out what happened on our end. I was able to determine that our Account Executive was trying to schedule a time that both she and our installation manger could come out together, because she understood that there were multiple layers of flooring at your home that would need to be examined. In cases like this, we do prefer that our Installation & Customer Service manager accompany our Account Executives to the home, as he can help evaluate what we can and can not do. I believe that our Account Executive tried to reach back out to you but had been unable to catch back up with you.
I am very sorry to hear about your wife's condition and can certainly understand the urgency of getting a new floor down. Please call me direct if you are willing to give us another opportunity to work with you and I can help coordinate the scheduling of calendars on our end. I can be reached at 336-379-1018.
