Beautiful carpet/rug. Installers were very nice & professional. Moved all my furniture, measured carefully to put the rug & furniture back like I wanted. Rug looks great, so soft, easy to vacuum.

Carpet One By Henry Gets My Highest Recommendation!
i moved to Winston Salem recently and needed to replace the carpet in my master bedroom and closet. Carpet One By Henry had been recommended to me by several sources including a very reputable builder and interior designer from the area. On my initial visit I was very impressed by the friendliness, expertise, and cooperative spirit of each sales rep that I met. I mainly worked with Thomas. He came out and measured for the job. My designer helped me make final decisions, and I ordered the carpet with Thomas shortly thereafter. The carpet arrived even a few days earlier than promised. I am very pleased with the look, feel, quality, and installation of the carpet. I cannot express how grateful I am to Thomas and the whole team for a job very well done. The installers were very professional and careful. They did a very neat and thorough job! Also, I want to recognize Thomas for coming out to my house on the day of installation just to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I know that there are several carpet stores out there, but I do not think you need to look any further than Carpet One By Henry! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I give them the highest possible recommendation!

The new carpet looks great and was…
The new carpet looks great and was installed well. The installers cleaned up in the bedroom and closet where they put down the new carpet. However, they did not bother to vacuum the stairs or entryway to our house, leaving quite a mess of carpet fibers and debris leftover from the installation. Had they vacuumed that area I would have given 5 stars. The staff in the store were very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. We had to wait quite a while to install due to other renovations we were doing, and Carpet One was accommodating in allowing us to hold off on installation while they kept the ordered carpet for us. Overall a pleasant carpet buying experience.

It was very easy to fine tune our order with Carpet One by Henry, thanks to Jessie and Kevin. I wanted vinyl under a new dishwasher, and clearance issues required a second look at the upcoming installation and a few adjustments beforehand. The installer did a fine job leveling the floor surface as needed and maintaining what the plumber needed for the dishwasher. Carpet One by Henry worked to schedule, and performed as expected. Couldn't be happier. Always a pleasure to work with talented professionals. Many thanks!
