I've used these guys a couple of times now. TBH they are fantastic. Lightning fast delivery, items are as described if not better. Recently purchased an Xbox X B grade boxed. In my opinion it was like new A grade. Cheaper than the other big high St trading store and still with a 24 month warranty. Absolutely over the moon with the service and product. It's a shame other companies don't strive to achieve the same standards as Cash Generator. Big thanks to the wider team and especially Bolton 👍👊

Purchased this motherboard
Purchased this motherboard thinking it was a good deal, but unfortunately the experience turned into a frustrating return process from start to finish.
The motherboard arrived poorly packaged, with the CPU socket unprotected, and several pins were already bent on arrival. Mistakes and shipping damage can happen, I understand that, but the packaging really did not inspire confidence for such a delicate item.
I contacted the seller immediately because I was due to go away for a couple of weeks and needed to sort the return quickly. We agreed on a return, and I was issued a postage label that needed to be printed manually. I went out, paid to print it, and tried to return the parcel at the post office — only to be told the QR/barcode was invalid. I was then advised to try a drop-off point, which also failed.
After contacting the seller again, I was told the issue was probably on their side and that it had now been sorted, so I made another trip to the post office and drop-off point. Unfortunately, exactly the same issue happened again.
At this point, after multiple wasted trips, time, and extra expenses, I asked the seller to issue a different working label. This was refused, and I was repeatedly told the original code “should work,” despite me clearly explaining that it did not.
Because I was running out of time and felt the issue was not being properly resolved, I opened a PayPal case to protect myself. After that, communication suddenly became more active, including requests for me to close the case before things could be “resolved,” which I was not comfortable doing.
Eventually, I had no option but to pay for tracked return postage myself in order to avoid missing the return deadline and risking losing my money entirely. The refund was eventually processed, but only after a long and unnecessarily stressful process.
In the end, I received my refund, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was disappointing. The issue with the damaged motherboard and return complications made the whole process far more difficult than it needed to be.
Make your own judgment, but personally I would have expected much better packaging, communication, and support during a return situation like this.

The online QR code should have been presented at a Post Office for printing and we unfortunately cannot offer an explanation why your own printed label was not accepted. We can see that the tracking reference you were given by the store remains active for use.
We appreciate you agreeing to complete the return following PayPal's intervention, and are sorry again for the inconvenience.

Service was good
Service was good, product not so good, only connects wirelessly to apple products, needs a wired connection for anything else. Had to purchase a charging cable as there wasn't one included in the box ( just an empty space for one.
