Just moved into our new home, the Wentworth lifestyle on Woodland Manor at Congleton, our customer experience has been first class from day one. All staff from the sales centre to the site staff have been friendly professional knowledgeable and gone over and above to make the move as smooth as possible, the workmanship and finish in the house is excellent. Even though the site is still under construction the development is immaculate and well presented, would highly recommend Castle Green

We have looked around several developers, but Castle Green stood out to us straight away and truly gave the wow factor! We are currently in the process of purchasing a home at Maes Y Castell, Abermorddu, and the experience so far has been outstanding.

Donna and Carol have been absolutely amazing throughout. From our first visit, they went above and beyond to explain the many benefits of a Castle Green Home and to guide us through the buying process. They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, taking plenty of time to answer all of our questions and make us feel completely at ease. They carefully talked us through all of the available options and choices for our new home, which made the experience feel exciting, personal, and really special. Donna and Carol are truly a credit to Castle Green!

The site presentation at Maes Y Castell is spectacular and clearly shows the pride and care Castle Green take in delivering a high-quality product, not just in the homes themselves but across the whole development.

We’ve also visited other Castle Green sites and show homes to get a feel for build quality, and we’ve been blown away by the attention to detail throughout from the houses, to the open spaces and overall layout. Choosing a builder that genuinely demonstrates pride in their work was very important to us, and we’re so happy we chose Castle Green.

We would highly recommend Castle Green Homes to anyone considering a new home, as they have made the beginning of our journey feel both exciting and reassuring from day one.

Buying a home is a massive milestone, and since my wife and I intend for this to be our first and last home purchase—our "1 and done"—we wanted to be absolutely certain we were making the right choice. To say we did our homework is an understatement; we visited 9 different developers across 22 different sites to compare every detail possible.

The Castle Green Difference:
What set Castle Green Homes apart from the very beginning was the people. No matter which of their sites we visited, the staff were consistently wonderful. We are especially happy to be working with Sally at Gladstone Grange. She has been incredible at assisting and guiding us through the process, making a complex experience feel manageable and exciting.

We also had a fantastic experience meeting a lovely lady Cathy at the Daresbury showhome. We originally spent about an hour chatting with her in the kitchen while she was still a customer herself, and we were delighted to run into her again for another hour-long chat at the Buckley office now that she has joined the team! Running into someone who loved the homes so much they decided to work there really gave us even more confidence in our choice.

Service Beyond the Sales Office:
We even had a brilliant experience with the Site Manager, Gwyn. One evening, long before we had even reserved, we were peering through the fences trying to get a look at the layout. Instead of ushering us away, he went completely out of his way to be polite, helpful, and informative.

Final Verdict:
If you are looking for a developer that combines a high-quality build with a team that truly cares about the buyers, we couldn’t recommend Castle Green enough. We are so glad our 22-site search led us here!

When to Hawthorn Meadows in Buckley today , l when to see the show house Which is lovely , the sales consultant Laura is very knowledgeable and professional,she answered all my questions and gave me lots of information.

Visited hawthorn meadows today and was met by Laura who was very knowledgable and helpful and showed us round showhouse which was beautiful and well presented. Given a room by room tour and answered all questions in a professional manner will now be giving the house serious consideration.

We reserved an early bird plot at Hawthorn Meadows, back in August, and from that moment on the process has been pretty much perfect. I say “pretty much” only because, as with any new-build development in its early stages, there are always a few minor hiccups—but nothing that wasn’t handled quickly and professionally.

From start to finish, nothing has ever been too much trouble.

Our sales representative, Laura, has been absolutely fantastic every step of the way. She’s been approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the experience as smooth as possible—I can honestly say nothing was ever too much to ask.

The same goes for both of the site managers—coincidentally both called Steve! Between them, they’ve been incredibly helpful, always on hand to answer questions and go the extra mile whenever needed.

Finally, a special mention has to go to Daniel, the resident snagger. Once again, nothing has been too much trouble, but what really stands out is his attention to detail, professionalism, and the way he carries himself. His manners and work ethic are exceptional—if I were setting up my own firm, I’d hire him on the spot without hesitation.

Everyone I’ve mentioned is a real credit to Castle Green. From reservation through to completion, the entire team has delivered a genuinely positive experience, and we couldn’t be happier.

We recently bought our first home and had a great experience throughout. The office staff were very helpful, with Venita and Fiona always friendly and quick to respond.

Gethin, the site manager, has been very helpful since we moved in. He’s approachable and always quick to sort anything out, which has made settling into our new home much easier.
