Ordered a beautiful blue flower detail dress, was shipped and delivered within the time frame they advise. The dress and detail are amazing quality, however the zip kept getting stuck, so I emailed them to see if they could help and they have given me credit to purchase a new dress to save me on sending the original back as this was for an event in the next week. They were so quick to respond to my emails and couldn't have been any more helpful. Thank you.

Hi I ordered 4 dresses and only 3 arrived and I was so mad because they didn’t reply back and I thought it was a scam but I tried to contact them again and finally they did reply telling me that they didn’t have it on stock and they had me choose another dress which is now on it’s way so I am happy that They finally did what was is right and the quality is good

I bought a dress from this brand, the dress is exactly as in the picture. But for me it was too bright red. I asked them to change it to purple color. They were very kind and quickly found a solution. Thank you very much

This store is IN CHINA! they give the impression that they are located in the US, North Carolina to be exact. I was very surprised to see shipping notification coming from China. I placed my order on May 18 and I received it today, June 2. I wear a US Medium, but wanted a roomy fit of the item I ordered, so I ordered an XL. It's a SMALL. while the item appears to be well-made, not being truthful about where the garment was coming from, I was not able to make a better decision about my purchase. This pretense is very dishonest!

Ordered and waited 5 weeks for my dress. Thought it would take a while since it’s coming from the US but I messaged them to be told actually it’s not even in stock. And they have no intention of sending it anytime soon since they have no idea when it would be back in stock… I had already emailed them before and at no point I was told it was out of stock, the website is chinese disguised as American and all agents don’t speak very good English. I cancelled my order and never got my dress, bought from somewhere else. Terrible service.

I order to small. So they give me a very good solution and send for me a bigger dress.
The service was excellent. And the emails are very friendly and you don’t need to wait long that they answered. Happy client

Ho effettuato un ordine per la prima volta in questo sito, ho pagato 20 dollari di spedizione per averla più rapida, sono passati 15 gg e non ho nessuna notizia dell'ordine.
Ho inviato una prima mail settimana scorsa comunicando che avevo digitato male una lettera della mia email e che, quindi, chiedevo gentilmente informazioni sul mio ordine visto che (avendo sbagliato io ad inserire la mia mail) non ho ricevuto nessun aggiornamento sul pacco e loro non mi hanno risposto.
Ho inviato altre due mail questa settimana dicendo che l'abito non mi serve più perché, avendo paura che non arrivasse in tempo e avendo l'evento tra 3 gg, ho provveduto a comprarne un altro e ho richiesto un rimborso del mio ordine e ovviamente non mi hanno mai risposto. Continuerò ad inviare email, anche perché quando e se arriverà il pacco, dovranno mandarmi l'indirizzo a cui spedire il vestito per il reso.

I received my dress in the short time frame and beautifully packaged. The dress is Gorgeous and great quality. I contacted customer service for some questions through email and they responded with resolution immediately. Looking forward getting more outfits. Very classy style ♥️

Appalling customer service. I have heard nothing from 3 emails I sent. Bought 2 dresses. 1 is faulty and the other I will have to change the buttons on. Do NOT buy from this site! It is a scam.

I’ve ordered 3 times from these people. 1st time I got my order fine. 2nd time I was ignored and no order sent for over a month, they said they haven’t even made the dresses yet, so I got a refund. 3rd time same thing, they’re happy to take my money and not say a word or ship anything out for 3 weeks. I contacted them and the same thing the dresses aren’t even made and they said they don’t even have an eta on when that will be, could be a month could be 6 months. IMO this business is a money scam and they’re happy to take money and won’t give it back unless they absolutely have to. I’m just thankful I used PayPal to ensure I got my money back. Buyer beware!

I’ve only had excellent experiences with Catchall. I’ve bought from the many times and the dresses are amazing!
The customer service is also excellent- they respond very quickly to emails.
Will definitely continue to buy from them.

Pour vous raconter mon expérience, j’ai commandé 2 robes étant entre 2 tailles. Catchall a fait au plus vite pour m’envoyer la deuxième robe avant l’événement et je leur remercie. Ils m’ont très rapidement et en permanence. Du coup, j’ai renvoyé la robe qui ne m’allait pas et j’ai tout de suite été remboursée. Le service client a été au top.
La qualité, la beauté et la coupe de la robe est incroyable, elle vaut son prix.

Petit bémol qui fait que pour renvoyer un achat, le frais de port et l’étiquette ne sont pas fournis donc j’ai dû payer 37 euros car la destination de renvoi est aux Etats-Unis.

Horrible quality/ shamefully bad customer service. This company appeared to be within the US but products are shipped from China. I paid $20 extra for shipping but it did not come as fast as I needed it, due to the distance. Had that fact been presented (at all) I would have ordered from a different site.
Now...the dress- OOF. It's an eyelet fabric... on the bust section the 2nd layer is eyelet also and it was sewn so the eyelets matched ... right over the nipple area. I expected maybe a peekaboo hole here or there, but there were MANY holes in that area and I would prefer that not be the case. Typically this area would be stitched so they don't line up, so that there isn't exposed nipple flesh, or at least line it with a solid fabric.
I emailed to complain about this/return dress, & I got a condescending response in broken English, with refusal to give me my money back. This company sucks.
