O mare mizerie. Nu recomand.

Coaie nu merge sa anulez comanda , am astept de 4 zile sa imi trmita comanda si nmc asa ca i am dat anulare si cica ca anulare nu a reusit pt ca comanda este plasa

I bought a pc from here (I5-9400F, 8GB RAM, RX580) and it gived me errors non-stop, only blue screens and black screens

Am comandat un laptop refurbished. A costat 2500 lei. Sunt total dezamagita.
1. Produsul are ecranul zgariat
2. Carcasa laptop-ului are zgarieturi multiple
3. Camera video se porneste si ingheata. Ramane blocata.
4. Tastatura incorporata in calculator este in limba germana, ceea ce ingreuneaza foarte mult cand scrii, pentru ca pozitiile semnelor nu sunt la fel ca tastatura in engleza!
5. Dezinteres pentru clienti din partea operatorilor. Am incercat sa inteleg care este problema dar mi s-a raspuns cu dezinteres si raceala sa fac cerere de retur. Este foarte greu sa contactezi pe cineva. La email-uri se raspunde de pe o zi pe alta, la telefon nu dai de nimeni.
Si daca fac retur, implica costuri, iar sansele sa imi primesc banii inapoi nu sunt sigure "se va decide daca se primesc banii inapoi sau se ofera un voucher". Deloc multumita. Nu o sa mai fac cumparaturi de la ei. Ar fi bine sa vada lumea cum isi trateaza clientii.

Update 25.06.2020: I succeeded to recover my money back after 5 weeks from the date I placed a complain ticket to close my order, addressed to cel.ro store or 7 weeks after I paid it. But I received my money bank due to the fact my bank won the dispute with cel.ro store, not due to the fact that mention store wanted to refund my money. Please avoid them at any cost or you will end up without ordered product and without your money.

I had good experience with them up to my last order, when they didn't provide me any information related to my order for 2 weeks. The strange thing is that there is no call center or phone no. to contact them. The only way to reach them is via a complain ticket. So, total lack of transparency provided to their customers.
Then after waiting for 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order via a new complain ticket. I was called in the same day and a lady told me that the order is canceled and the money will be returned to my bank account. After 2 weeks I did't received nor the product or the the money. I had to refuse the transaction via my bank.
Please do not pay with the card on their web store or better try another provider for your order. :-)

The returing process is a nightmare and you also lose money by returning a product. You get - help from cel's side. It's a miracle that this still is a business.

Avoid them, they are not even capable of shipping an order, they lie about having items on stock and let you wait for days until they collect them from suppliers. My HDD failed on my work-at-home laptop, I ordered a replacement SSD together with a few other items, expecting them the next day. Ater 4 days the order was not even shipped, they don't have a phone, and do not answer emails. I ended up cancelling the order using the form on their site. I suddenly got their attention, this being a large amount of money, and somebody called explaining that they are waiting for 2 items to arrive so they can ship the whole order to me. I said NO way, you lied about your stock, refund me the money on my credit card. The person said OK. For ten days they did not return the money, did not answer emails, until finally I threatened to call the police if they don't refund that very same day. What do you know? They did it immediately, and sent a blank reply to my last email as a confirmation. I still consider myself lucky for cancelling the order. Imagine having to deal with them for a broken item (which apparently they specialize in selling). Worst experience ever. Do not go near them. They also sell under the name PCGarage and ExtremeDigital.

I ordered a TV and they confirmed the order but not the delivery time. I have tried contacting them for 2 days. They have 2 phone numbers none of them is working and if you talk to them on Facebook they say they will call you. If you have a problem with a delivery there will be no way of contacting them.

The only good thing they have going with for them is that they have relatively cheaper stuff compared to other sellers in Romania. The issue is, they are slow. And I mean, PAINFULLY slow. It is ridiculous just how incredibly slow they are. And to add on top of that, things that show up as being in stock on their site are often NOT in stock, so on top of their slowness, you have to also wait for whatever seller they get their stuff from to deliver it to THEM, and then wait for THEM to deliver it to you. It's a joke, a bad one. I can onlt recommend it if you want ever so slightly cheaper stuff but are ready to wait for weeks for it.

Stay away !!! They deliver broken products and they lie about their products. Do not accept of course they sent broken products. Do not ever buy from them You will just end up without a product, and also without money.

As a company, I have ordered and prepaid two business Laptops from them. I cannot imagine anything worse and it is not over:
- On the website they said that the laptops are on stock, I waited more than a week to receive them.
- After receiving, we observed that one of the laptops was unboxed, it had service labels on it, and it didn't start at all.
- I have requested an immediate return and product replacement. (I was ignored)
- Instead of replacing the product they asked me to send it in service for investigation. I had to order the courier and send it back at my own cost!
- The phone service is a joke, you cannot call them. After 11 minutes of listening to music, it shuts down automatically.
- I have requested my money back for the defected laptop. ( my request was ignored)
- Two weeks have passed until I received an answer that I have a credit to use for a new order! Without any invoice without any credit note.
- I am not able to contact them, my message is ignored.
- I am missing invoices and documents for accounting.
- The case is still not closed, payment was done in November! This is a nightmare.

dupa 15 zile de la plasarea comenzii aceasta inca nu a fost onorata cu toate ca era vorba despre o adresa de livrare din bucuresti, in conditiile in care numarul de AWB a fost generat a doua zi dupa plasarea comenzii. Suport aproape inexistent, raspunsuri mult prea generice fara nici o actiune concreta

Verry good site. Good products and cheaper then other sites.

This kind of people have no quality at all and make the world a terrible place, please avoid buying from them and stop supporting this scam!!!

I would have given 0 stars if I had the chance. They are scammers and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I didn't know about this and I thought cel.ro is a good seller since it has smaller prices than most, and so, I went on to buy a laptop from them through a bank loan. Everything went smoothly with the bank (TBI) that collaborates with them, until I made my order. Those from cel.ro weren't even able to register it in time, and even tho' I already placed it, they kept sending me emails to get back to my order. I eventually managed to call them through the bank that loaned me the credit and they registered my order, but otherwise they don't answer to your emails and they don't answer the phone. Ok, I put that behind me and waited for my order. The laptop arrived, I checked the package and when I went on to open it, I realised that it wasn't what I ordered. The color was different (slate grey, not transparent silver) and the laptop i ordered had a HDD unit and an SSD unit and the one I actually got only had an SSD of 256gb. I went on to tell them about it and made a return request, and when they answered they told me they had to check, and that I had to pay for the all the shipping (the one that brought my laptop, the one that would return my laptop and the one that would bring the correct model). They denied their fault in all this and because I live across the country and not in Bucharest where they are located, I decided to try out this laptop. When I opened it to install my operating system, the SSD unit wasn't even registered on the main board (the laptop didn't come with the AHACIC driver in the motherboard) and it wasn't working well at all. I'm returning it even tho I have to pay for the shipment and I never want to hear or order anything from them again!
