Avoid at all costs!

Long story short: Sent the phone during the warranty with a problem, they've broken something else on it and refused to repair it.

Bought a phone from CEL.ro that got its lock button broken a few days before the warranty expired. I've also mentioned another problem which they completely ignored (excessive heat when watching videos).
Got the phone with the lock button fixed but unable to connect to the mobile network (not just the internet, the whole mobile network). Since the repair took longer than than the remaining warranty they refused to repair what they've broken claiming the phone is out of warranty now.

Garbage customer service!

Do not buy from cel.ro they send intentionally damaged products and then they refuse your product.

O escrocherie "aparent legală" ce trebuie evitată cu orice preț.
Angajații acestei societăți au un comportament mizerabil față de clienți, prin lipsă de respect, ignoranță, replici umilitoare și amenințări.

Bazați pe o politică internă de joasă speță, persoanele juridice nu au absolut niciun drept de retur (cumperi pe firmă și-ți livrează în mod special un produs defect). Rezultat: ȚEAPĂ !

The refund process is a whole pain. I am staying with the device in the box, because CEL does not want to replace it.

This is the worst experience I ever had!
I have a Huawei smart phone bought one year ago (still in guaranty period) with a problem confirmed by the authorized Huawei service. The producer released a form for the seller to replace the defective product. CEL.ro (Corsar Online) - who is not even a Huawei authorized partner/seller refused to even acknowledge the defect.
The company is not client oriented at all, I could't find any employee able or willing to help me. I tried calling them on the two available numbers on the website (on one of them no one is ever answering). The call center person that is answering is a representative from the sales department, and is not having the power to help me, which i can understand, but the behavior and rudeness is unacceptable. I asked to be transferred to another department, they don't have any. I asked for a manager, apparently they also lack managers in this so-called company. And to top it off, they hung up on me (multiple times). When I personally went to their sales point and service, it was the same. They kept my phone two times at the service, about one month in total and returned it still defective. Now I just have an email from them telling me that my device is not defective at all and I have to pick it up. At this point, I am going to file a complain to the Customer Protection Service and buy a new phone (definitely not form CEL!!!). Hope you've found my experience helpful and decide to never buy from them.

Very unprofessional company. I bought a phone 7 months ago and now the screen is malfunctioning and they don't want to repair if trough the warranty because their service supplier - Service Return lies that the phone was dropped and it is scratched. This phone was never dropped and doesn't have a single scratch. They invented that so they could charge me with 530 RON+VAT to repair it.. almost 80% of the phones value. CEL.ro doesn't even reply to my emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I just wish I knew earlier about all the complaints about this online shop. AVOID THEM!

Bad customer support, they only want to sell products and not offer support on warranty related issues.
Never buy from this company or their sister websites

Daca vrei batai de cap sau esti prea relaxat, incurca-te cu cel.ro !!!!
Am facut o comanda bineinteles ca erau cei mai ieftini la majoritatea produselor (3x hdd 3TB + placa retea + 2 stick-uri USB + SSD + router CISCO) .... deci sunt ceva banuti la mijloc, ideea e ca toate produsele apareau ca fiind in stoc !!!! ATENTIE !!! (ei nu isi actualizeaza stocurile pe site !!!!). Comanda a fost facuta VINERI 12/01/2018. Pentru ca LUNI nu am primit niciun email cu statusul comenzii, am trimis MARTI dimineata un mesaj sa verific statusul, normal ca dupamasa primesc raspuns ca nu au usb-urile pe stoc si ca dureaza 2-3 zile pana ajung la ei, fapt pentru care am schimbat USB-urile cu altele care erau pe stoc, confirmat telefonic (mai ieftine); pentru ca am facut plata online cu card bancar le-am spus ca le pot scumpi sa fie la aceeasi valoare sa nu mai avem batai de cap. Toata povestea a durat 1 zi, MIERCURI am primit mail cu comanda procesata integral si ca de indata ce produsele parasesc depozitul voi primi un email cu AWB-ul. Bun, JOI nu am primit nimic iar VINERI am retransmis un mesaj sa vad daca au plecat (m-am gandit ca probabil nu a functionat sistemul de generare AWB automat sau s-a intamplat ceva la ei in sistem de eu nu am primit nici un AWB) bineinteles ca VINERI 19/01/2018 sun la ei si imi raspunde o doamna pe un ton agresiv (ca si cum eu de ce imi permit sa sun la ei , gen "cel, ce doriti ??", nici buna ziua nici nimic ..... ) i-am explicat ca vreau doar sa stiu daca produsele au plecat de la ei si dansa imi zice ca nu are cum sa plece din moment ce placa de retea doar azi ajunge la ei, deci o alta problema de care eu nici nu am stiut .... daca stiam o schimbam si pe acea MIERCURI..... ideea e ca nu e prima data cand am probleme cu ei....am mai avut in trecut 1 comanda la ei si acum cand am patit IAR treaba asta mi-am adus deaminte si de problema din trecut, IDEM. Deci nu stiu pana cand suntem noi, clientii, obligati sa suportam nesimtirea unora ..... si nici nu inteleg cum Doamne le functioneaza magazinul cu astfel de oameni si in astfel de conditii ....vad ca sunt probleme si pe partea de garantie si si pe partea de livrare a produselor .... de ce lumea inca mai comanda de la ei ???? Deja mi-am facut un sticker cu "NU MAI COMANDA DE LA CEL.RO" si l-am lipit pe marginea monitorului.Nu recomand la absolut nimeni cel.ro si am sa imi descriu experienta peste tot in web !!!! poate se duc naibii sau poate incep si ei sa faca ceva schimbari pe acolo !!!!

Zero stele. As fi dat 4 daca primeam pe loc banii inapoi si daca mi-ati fi publicat review-ul.

Am cumparat un laptop "refurbished/renewed" (vezi Wikipedia Refurbishment - Electronics) pe care l-am returnat imediat ce l-am primit: era spart pe la colturi, avea nenumarate urme de utilizare, incarcatorul nu era cel original, ambalat intr-o cutie mult prea mare pentru dimenisunile sale, fara spuma care sa-l tina in loc. Numai "refurbished" nu era. Am platit cash. In loc sa primesc scuze si banii inapoi imediat, "o sa-i primti in cont, in 14 zile, sau puteti cumpara altceva" - ca si cum as mai putea avea incredere in ei sau alte firme detinute de Corsar Online (Domo, Azerty, Depozitul de Calculatore...). Acum astept; cu frica, dupa ce am citi povestile de groaza de mai jos.

Review-ul negativ postat pe saitul firmei (la adresa produsului, nu a firmei) nu a fost publicat.

Media review-urilor de pe Google Guide, de 3.2, este ridicata de catre ghizi platiti.

CEL, n-ar fi mai bine ca in loc sa dai banii pe reclame, sa te comporti onest? Da, stiu: retorica.

ACTUALIZARE: Mi-am recuperat banii. Dupa mai bine de 2 saptamani. Probabil ca ar fi durat mai mult daca nu insistam. Spre comparatie, la un alt magazin online a durat 2 zile; si asta in conditiile in care eu am fost de "vina".

BAD at retun, bought a TV with 3Xhdmi according to the site but in reality has only 1. i have to pay for the return transport, its been 4 days since i sent them an email regarding the costs and nothing...
21.11.2017 Talked with someone Mara Burca refusing to look at the pictures. talked to someone Geanina Dudau...the same thing. They have no interest to fix problems even if that problem is their fault!!!

Salut! Sa va povestesc si eu experienta mea cu cei de la cel.ro.
Am achizitionat de la ei un laptop marca Asus in valoare de 4499 lei. Toate bune si frumoase, am primit produsul ok, sigiliat prin Fan Curier. Dupa aproximativ 3-4 zile laptopul s-a stricat. L-am dat retur si in termenul de 14 zile, am primit suma de 4274 lei. Diferenta ar fi pentru zgarieturile produsului. Ideea este ca pe fisa de retur nu scrie nimic de zgarieturi. Am lasat feedback cu privire la comanda efectuata. Nu a fost un feedback pozitiv, motiv pentru care nu a aparut pe site. Le-am lasat comentariu la produsul respectiv, nu a aparut pe site. Am lasat doua reclamatii cu privire la aceste aspecte, niciun raspuns. Acum produsul se vinde resigiliat cu aceeasi suma cu care l-am cumparat eu.

NU RECOMAND! CALL CENTER INFECT

Don`t buy from them! They don`t deliver in time, don`t respond to mails. If you pay you will see your product in months. Horrible!

The worst of the worst company. I bought a msi x370 gaming pro carbon motherboard faulty and i send it to service. Answer from service: test ok. But it is not working even now. after this experience with them i do not give them not 1 star.

You order one thing, they send you another product. They also send you BROKEN products. Almost no customer service - only by email, where they respond after a lot of time.
And good luck returning the bad products back. If you are lucky, they will send you another product or your money after 14 days (in some cases 28 days).

STAY AWAY from cel.ro!

Ordered a fitness bracelet for my sister on her birthday. In order to be sure it arrived in time, I ordered it more than 1 week beforehand. The team from cel.ro sent me an email after 4-5 day of delay apologising. When asking if I can change my delivery address because the rightful receiver is not in Bucharest anymore, they invoked the reason that it cannot be changed, even though the product was not yet in the courier's ownership, and it was definitely their fault for being this late, or they didn't even offer me the possibility of paying for the address change myself so I could present my sister a gift on her birthday. In this day and age, is mind boggling how online stores still do not understand the concept of competitiveness and customer service. Another weird thing - they "muted" their comments and reviews on their Facebook page. That should have rang a bell from the start...

Mizerabil...Platesc online 2 produse care erau in stoc,dupa care sa aflu ca unul nu este disponibil si trebuie sa astept 4 zile sa.mi reapară banii...jalnic

Am cumparat de la ei un telefon, pe firma.
Deoarece telefonul nu mai pornea l-am trimis in service la reprezentatnta lor, prin curier rapid, costurile au fost suportate de ei. Accesul la service a fost chiar ok, formular, confirmari, inceput promitator. Au inceput bine dar pacat de banii risipiti pt a mima normalitatea. Au facut poza la preluare, au facut o reparatie care descria inlocuire camera desi nu avea nicio problema cu camera , telefonul s-a intors functional, dar cu cu cateva mici probleme: un colt crapat la capacul bateriei si cateva surubele lipsa. Dupa cateva luni de la reparatie telefonul a manifestat aceleasi probleme si nu s-a mai deschis, asa ca a fost iar retrimis in service. Nu am mai primit poze la receptie de data aceasta. Vazand in service capacul bateriei crapat (tot de ei) au tras concluzia ca aparatul a suferit un soc si au refuzat sa mai acorde garantia, cerand bani pentru inlocuirea capacului, dar neprezentand nicio justificare a cerintelor reparatiei.
Deci, pot confirma ca acesta firma, are o politica gresita fata de clienti, inventeaza motive pentru a nu face reparatii pe garantiei. In concluzie chiar daca au produse cu cateva zeci de lei mai ieftine pentru a atrage clientii, la garantie nu veti avea parte de servicii normale pentru anul 2017. Nu stiu cine le-a autorizat si certificat service-ul si daca si-au facut serios treaba, dar asemenea comportament autist in relatia cu clientii nu l-am mai intalnit decat inainte de anii 2000. Nu au telefon pt reclamatii , pe email raspund identic, autist, se fac ca nu inteleg sau asta e politica lor pentru a minimaliza pierderile. Pacat de aceasta abordare in relatia cu clientii a acestei firme care arata inca odata ca nu avem manageri , atunci cand vorbim de firmele romanesti.
