Warped vinyl and bad customer service
I received olufur Arnold’s vinyl. When I played it for the first time I noticed the album was not lying flat. You could visibly see the warp as it played. I did video this with a record weight and without. I reached out to customer service attaching the video but I never received a response.
Additionally prior to that I ordered phantom of the opera and still have not received.
I am very frustrated
