She was very helpful and patient with us. Gave us as much time as we needed to view the property and gave as much information as she could. A very nice person to deal with.

I was very happy with all the office from Chancellors but l want to highlight the contribution from Sienna as one of the important ones because when l was going to buy a shareownership flat she advised me to wait.
She organised several viewings and had all the offer paperwork ready to crack on after the viewings. After that between her and the mortgage advisor everything was lined up in a matter of weeks with the lender,sellers and solicitors . Don’t even deserve 1 star ***** made my buying experience a mockery. The house I was buying was meant to be chain free, once the process of buying the house began it came to light that the buyer had an Onward property and it meant we were in a chain. We completed our searches, 2 months later and they would still not confirm dates for exchange and completion. Got passed around from one manager to the next and none of them properly followed through with my requests and didn’t even have any sympathy with the situation they had put us in. These people are nothing more than shady sales people who will do and say whatever to reel the customer in and keep them hanging, lie after lie until they can close the deal.

Andreea Mihalcea provided first rate service. She was incredibly efficient in finding me properties that met my specifications. She greeted me a viewings with a smile and has been very professional throughout.

Really helpful during a stressful time for me.

Andreea is the most professional person we have encountered so far in our search for a new home. She is courteous, punctual, informative and tokk the time and energy to call us beforehand to check we knew where we had to go to. Very professional and she stands out a mile in her industry which is generally full of amateurs.

I was very lucky to make contact with Andreea at Chancellors, who was incredible with us every step of the way.
