I wonder where these 5 stars came from maybe cus they asked for individual reviews after first meeting, never seen a more racist group than this, if you are not white or Indian kindly skip their offers cus you are not getting it, imagine collecting a large amount of deposit and asking my guarantor to release their mortgage info even when you and your partner earn 35k & 28k respectively and asking for other info which you know u can’t meet up with within the reservation period, all we wanted was to rent a house why f didn’t you tell me what’s involved before luring me to pay deposit then you start bringing up your criteria. All my NHS colleagues also lost their deposit trying to rent, The cheaper prices you see is a trap baby, Run, please run, if you are in Oxford, flee!!!

My experience was great with chancellors Headington and I think the Agent that took up on the type of place I would like was quite helpful because it was more like person centered service because I was updated on current letting, given timely information regarding the properties through emails, text, and phone calls till I got that which was quite suitable.

Data policies clearly lacking. I've been given paperwork with someone else's phone number on, not mine - difficult to arrange a tenancy when you can't call me. I've been welcomed to my house 6m after moving in, sent marketing emails when I specifically requested not to be sent these, and today - after 2.5 years - I've been sent moving information again.

The Chancellors Headington team has been patient with my renting journey. Luckily, my family certainly has affordable and sufficient accommodation in Oxfordshire. This apartment is based on Linacre Court, Spring Lane, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire OX3. Nevertheless, I appreciate the working team who help me build up step by step to meet all criteria requirements from the landlord, especially negotiator Josephine Muigai. After trying several estate agents to sell my house with no luck I decided to go with Chancellors in Headington because of their very polished, informative advertising online and their sales success rate. I wasn’t disappointed. After having hardly any viewings with other companies, straight after I’d signed up with Chancellors I had many viewings and with the help of the questionnaire filled in by perspective buyers, it helped me to see where I could make some subtle changes to help with the sale.
All the staff at the Headington branch have been extremely helpful and polite and I would like to mention Callum Oliver, sales negotiator, who has been so helpful, kind and professional during my sale. Nothing has been too much trouble, including getting straight back to me via email answering all the little queries I’ve had. He has always been so cheerful and polite on the phone and it has been a pleasure dealing with him.

It was always easy to make contact and responses were made promptly if a message was left. Any problems or issues were dealt with quickly and explanations were clear and easy to follow.
