She was prompt in responding to our telephone calls, unlike other sales negotiators at Chancellors who rang only when they needed something from us, leaving us feeling stressed, angry and unsupported. With Klaudia we felt supported and active partners in our house sale.
We were unlucky in that our our buyer pulled out, and she was on the case and introducing new prospective buyers within a day. Her manner is warm and friendly. We felt we were in good hands while Klaudia was dealing with us and our sale.

Klaudia Laczkowska has truly been a great Sales Negotiater that I dealt with to find my property. From the moment I reached out to her, she took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences and tirelessly searched for properties that matched my criteria. It was nice to see her proactiveness in communicating updates, promptly responding to any queries or concerns I had, and guiding me through each step with expertise and reassurance as a first time buyer.

Her personalised approach and genuine care was evident by my family and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you want to purchase a property via Chancellors Slough. It's like talking to a friend who will try her best for you.

Dealings with staff member mehtaab. Aggressive pestering to get offer to purchase accepted with multiple calls per day whereas it was made clear that email is a better mode of contact. Pulled out deal with no communication or attempt at resolving the issue at hand. Leaving me out of pocket of 1000+ pounds in the end. Disappointed to say the least.

When we were looking for flats, trying to get in touch with Chancellors in Slough was nearly impossible. The phone lines would never connect, and emails would not always be responded to.

After we pushed and pushed, we finally got our flat.

With dealing with Slough Lettings Team, I had very low expectations of Chancellors as a whole, but I am happy to have changed my mind.

Dealing with Southeast Property Management team member Dana, has been a delight. She is always very quick to respond to emails when we have issues with our flat, and gets things resolved quickly.
