I do not recommend this company. I didn't like their sales techniques and do not appreciate them withholding my deposit for 3 months so far..and with no sign of then returning it. Update..After leaving this review, our deposit was returned in full and they asked that I remove the negative review. There were other factors that I considered when writing this review such as agreeing a px and then them retracting that several times.

I have been a customer of CMC since 2016. All the team are kind, positive and genuine. They are so helpful in finding a car suited for your circumstances. I can’t recommend them enough.

This time I was helped by Jack Light who was so helpful, quick to respond to emails and patient. He sold me my beautiful new Kia Picanto and she is perfect! He even sent me an email with a very aesthetic picture of my car on the morning of collection which was just an extra special touch. I will definitely be going to Jack for future car purchases as he is fantastic!

There was a little mix up, but Chris was quick to resolve the issue in a very caring and supportive manner, and Corrina was very kind when Shelly took her car in for its annual service. Shelly cannot thank you enough and highly recommends Chippenham Motor Company for their professionalism, and care taken to the clients. Dealings with this company years ago left me deciding never to use it again, but I've had to following the closure of the Citroen dealer I bought my car from. It's an ongoing saga to fix, but I'm getting fantastic customer service from Ramona, and am feeling so much more reassured about coming back here. Ramona goes the extra mile to ensure the best way forward for the customer and it really makes a difference.

I had an issue with the connectivity between my App and the car which had become very frustrating.
I’d like to compliment both Ramona and Alex in how they dealt with the problem.... and me.
Ramona on the service reception was very empathic about the issue and tried to sort it out. When it got to the stage that it was plainly not a simple fix, she brought out Alex, one of the technicians, who quickly grasped the issue and resolved it. The car then need time to update, and between Ramona and Alex my car was looked after whilst it updated as it was unlocked.
Excellent service, both competent and friendly. Thank you.

My husband and I arrived pretty late on a Friday to look for a new car. We had an idea of the model we wanted but not the exact spec and affordability. We were greeted by the receptionist who went to see if there was anyone who could help us. There was but it would be a short wait. We were offered drinks and a seat before a gentleman came to get us. We sat and he introduced himself as John Marchant. Despite the late hour on a Friday he was extremely helpful. He spent time explaining our options. Sent us out on a test drive. Discussed specs and did not rush us. He kept his promises, contacting us when he said he would, arranging follow up appointments etc. The whole time he was so approachable and did not make me feel silly asking what I thought were probably basic questions! I did not feel pressurised into buying add ons and he seemed genuinely pleased for us when we collected the car. He said to contact him if we had any further questions or needed any help. I would go back for my next car. I would recommend this as a great place to go for anyone who wants a great car, a warm welcome and brilliant service throughout. I have made several trips to CMC of the past couple of years. The service team have always done a great job. The addition of Ramona to the customer service team has only made the experience better. She has sorted any issues efficiently, is friendly has a smile for the customer.

The Parts Manager. Simon, at CMC really went out of his way to resolve an issue I had with parts for my Cupra. Delighted with the excellent service.

Had searched online for cars and made an appointment with CMC to test drive. I have to say it was a terrific experience Jack was super helpful without being pushy at all. Car was ordered and delivered exactly when we wanted it. Bonus is that I love my new car but Jack is still available to help me with the little details.

Visited Chippenham Motor Company for booking to investigate tailgate issue on my 24 Ateca. Still under warranty but purchased used elsewhere. The service manager, Gabriel, could not have been more helpful and also took time to help me with touch screen navigation that wasn’t covered in handbook. Really positive experience

I have used the Kia department of Chippenham Motors on a couple of occasions recently and what a pleasure it has been.
Ramona and Corinna on the service desk were friendly, welcoming and extremely professional with added humour that made the whole experience a pleasure.

I have just picked up my new EV9 - I could not be happier with the car, but the real stand out was the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service - from the moment I walked in, through to driving away, everyone was amazing - especially Andrew! I could not recommend Chippenham Motor Company highly enough!

Initially challenging/frustrating to get through to the service department, but ultimately Kia expedited a next day while-you-wait assessment and fixing of a washer jet issue. All credit to the team for being keen to resolve the problem including the promise of a new phone system. Decent coffee and desks to work at whilst waiting too!

Purchased an ex demo Seat Arona Fr, 19 plate, from day 1 it had issues with the bluetooth, the central plug in, android auto media and the 12v Battery drawing when the vehicle was parked with no keys in ignition. My sale was completed by Paul, presale was ok, communication was slow but i commited to the purchase. On the way home from Chippenham to Wales the media muted/silenced 3 seperate times when i called and enquired about it the customer service i recieved was horrendous and very patronising, this continued with additional issues with the Android auto and the 12v battery draining, based on this alone I'd never recommend chippenham seat or purchase a Seat again neither would my friends or family. For some reason my review was removed, this review is the only bad review I've ever left or intend to leave. I just want customers to know, and think twice about purchasing from this particular branch. Recipt of vehicle purchase can be provided.

Paul was professional helped me set up radio show me how car worked. Looked after us even though we weren't buying brand new car.

Thanks to John for helping me get a used car, on first visit nothing was on interest but he kept his promise and contacted me 2 weeks later with a car he knew I would like, let me test drive on my own and come to a decision. Not pushy at all and so far so good really like my Seat Ibiza!
