Thank you to the Clearwater team (Ricky, Kelly, Robert, Robbie and Stevie) for a super job in redesigning and fitting my new bathroom. The team were helpful through every step of the process which was great. The level of customer service and attention to detail was also excellent as was the quality of the fitting and clearing up after the job was complete.

Had a new kitchen fitted by Clearwater over 1 year ago. Unfortunately some of the painted doors started to chip. Contacted Kelly who spoke to the manufactures new doors replaced without any trouble , thanks again Kelly for your customer service

Everyone who was involved in the design and fitting of my kitchen were fanastic. From Norman who helped with the design of the kitchen, right through to Joey and Steveo the kitchen fitters and the plummer (Graeme) and Geordie the electrician. They were all polite, courteous and very professional. My kitchen is beautiful and everything was left spotless.

Just had my bathroom fitted by this company I would highly recommend them very professional from start to finish Robbie and Steve the fitter were amazing their dedication and professionalism was exemplary two very hard working young men they are a credit to the company I have nothing negative to say we were treated extremely well from start to finish five stars form us we love our bathroom

From the first consultation for a new bathroom, to planning to the fit, the Clearwater team were great, as are the products they use. Kelly was excellent and organising and managing a schedule that was fast and efficient. The fitters (Csaba and Tebor) were exceptional: they worked incredibly hard, were respectful and tidy. Their work was professional and precise. I would highly recommend them.

Clearwater were fantastic my bathroom cost a lot of money but I must say Kelly was great and Graeme and Scott worked extremely hard for 5 days to give me a bathroom fit for a hotel

This is probably the worst kitchen fitting company in the UK! Zero customer services and refuse to rectify their sub standard work, never use this Company!!

Having used Clearwater in the past and been happy we decided to use them again to refit out daughters kitchen.

There was a couple of minor issues that were sorted out quickly thanks to Kelly

We also want to give a special thanks to Bobby who somehow managed to design a kitchen that has more storage but looks more spacious than before.

Here's hoping our daughter learns how to cook and invites us round for supper.

Huge shoutout to Kelly for doing such an amazing job fitting my bathroom. She was super friendly, hardworking, and really knew what she was doing. Everything looks perfect I honestly couldn’t be happier. If you need any bathroom work done, Kelly’s the one to call! 🙌

I couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom! From start to finish, the entire remodel process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Kelly and the team took the time to listen to our ideas and offered helpful suggestions that made the final design even better than we imagined.

Definitely recommend this company! My bathroom got fitted 2 weeks ago and results are incredible. Extremely pleased with the job they have done and also the customer service received from Kelly and team was amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience. But I must say any questions or worries I had about the new bathroom Kelly was there to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and the experience. I have now got a brilliant bathroom thanks to her support!

i had tried to get details of grouting which was coming up and had no sucess iunitl i phoned and got Kellyshe could not have been more helpful and although out of warranty she arranged joe to come and regrout cannot rete her helpfullness any higher

Refreshing to find a Company who carried out the work expertly and on time, right from the initial survey through to removing the debris. Any slight snagging was attended to promptly including after sales service. Work was started on 22/04/2024 and completed 24/04/2024. Thank you.

The people of clearwater very good I got a kitchen fitted 1st of September my joiner Joey did grand job he is very meticulous extremely good at his job , Electrician is very nice Damien was his name with his son max .

We had a beautiful bathroom fitted the first week in December 2024. We were really pleased with how quickly our old bathroom was removed and the new one put in place. We started with a couple of snagging issues and this is where it has gone down hill. 8 months later and we can't use the bath as the water doesn't heat up and we take our lives in our hands using the shower as it is scalding hot! We have 2 children so not ideal. The customer service has been terrible. 99% of the time either of us call to speak to someone, no one answers the phone! When we do speak to someone to arrange for someone to come out to solve the problems no one calls us back! Quick enough to get us to sign up and pay then wash their hands of us when we have issues! Almost £10k for a bathroom we can barely use! Disgusting!

Clearwater came out to my home today to resolve a problem with my bath: the plug wasn't working properly and the water was draining away. Joe from Clearwater quickly fixed the problem by installing a new bath plug. Kelly from the Clearwater office was particularly helpful and efficient and ordered the repair carried out as a courtesy repair.

I had my new kitchen fitted on 14/07/25, I must admit I was a bit dubious at first as I didn’t know the company, and I read a couple of bad reviews! But how wrong was I ? My kitchen is absolutely stunning. I had everything done, ceiling, floor, walls plastered, new units and lighting. Bobby, the salesman was so good and very patient with me. As was Kelly , on the phone.Explained everything in detail, over and over again. I was told it would be finished in 4 days , and it was . The team was Joey and company! Sorry, everything was done so fast , I couldn’t keep up with everyone’s name. But the work from all the team was much appreciated. Joey never stopped working from morning until night. Everything was tidied up at night and left spotless. Also thank you to the girl who phoned me to arrange a meeting with Bobby. I have never used a company who phoned me first, however the girl on the phone was soo lovely I decided to give them a chance. ‘ sorry I’m not sure of her name ! Maybe Suzanne?! But would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved, who made my dream kitchen a reality. Also thanks to the guys who took all the old kitchen away, left everything spotless . So if you have any doubts about Clearwater, please give them a call , they are all amazing.

I had a lovely kitchen fitted by a team of extremely hard working fellas in Sept 2021 and was delighted with the end result which has been admired by many. 2 weeks ago I noticed one of the cupboard doors had warped badly at the bottom corner and discovered that the washing machine hose connection under the sink had loosened and been slowly leaking over goodness knows how long and it was the water damage that caused the door to warp. I called Kelly at Clearwater Kitchens and explained my problem and asked could I order a replacement door which she said she would do. On Monday Kelly called to say the replacement door was in the warehouse and could be fitted on Thurs afternoon and there would be no cost involved ! I was absolutely delighted and thanked her very much! I said after 2pm would suit me better as was out on Thurs morning and 2pm came today and there was Joe at my front door with the replacement door. He had the job done in 10 mins and I now have my kitchen back to its beautiful appearance ! Thank you SO much Clearwater Kitchens , Kelly and Joe! 👍🏻
