Pleasant, respectful window fitters
Dean the window fitter arrived on timeand was pleasant and respectful on the property.
The windows look great and when the bathroom is finished it will all be fantastic.
The windows have been fitted very neatly and are of a very high standard.
We have used this company befor and will definately be using them again.
A highly recommended company.

I had my conservatory built 21 years…
I had my conservatory built 21 years ago by EYG. And two of my windows have recently failed purely down to age. I rang EYG, for the replacement glass. They were swift to arrange a sales man to visit, who gave me a quote. A surveyor called the week after took measurements and today I had the glass replaced, I thought the charge was reasonable, and the time scale was quick from start to finish. The fitting today maybe took less than 30 mins. And they are perfect. Cannot fault this company at all. Many thanks

Very good quality windows
Very good quality windows. We're very pleased with them.
In an industry usually run on a hard-sell basis, buying from EYG didn't feel like that at all.
The communication of the installation team was extremely good. Each day, they would tell us what they planned to do upon arrival. They'd give us a quick summary of the state of play before leaving, and let us know when we could expect their return. This means that you always feel that you have a finger on the pulse of the project.
We even messed them about a bit and added an extra window halfway through the installation but they handled it with smooth equanimity.
If you want to buy some windows, you could do much, much worse, that's for sure!

Not the cheapest around, However they are very professional and follow all the guidelines. well worth paying the bit extra for a excellent job. We are very pleased with the service and staff. Kept us up to date throughout the fitting.

Initially had issues with lintel…
Initially had issues with lintel requirements,( ie not picked up by the surveyor that they were not needed until the builder arrived!).
The windows were fitted well, albeit with a few cracked panes which were replaced efficiently, our composite door also needed some adjustment and was also done very efficiently.
All in all, we are very satisfied both with the quality of the windows and doors.and the fitting team, would highly recommend ..

Can't install two windows correctly let a whole house
Wanted two windows to replace the single pain windows which previous owner of the house didn't change.
They came, measured and I told the sales guy I want it same way as the kitchen window multiple times. He said it will be and drew a picture which is two lines, three dots which to anyone look like a basic window frame. Sales guy drew it up and said yes it'll be the same way.
Install day came they took old one out and the installer said these are wrong way round, contact office and they'll sort it...
Back and fourth with messages and phone calls which the manager stands behind that basic drawing which apparently is the sun line coming in and say if I want it changed I'll have to pay!
You made the mistake sort it why would anyone in their right mind want windows in the opposite way opening onto next doors garden!
Now got sales ringing me seeing if I want more windows. I say same story, they go speak to relevent person which they go silent... I won't be doing any of the other windows with them since they can't get two done correctly yet a whole house!

Hull team at EYG
There where a few minor hiccups regarding pricing. But this was dealt with in a quick and professional manner. From the builder who did the lintels the fitters and the plasterer where all friendly and have done an excellent job. The quality of the windows are exceptional. I would highly recommend the Hull team at EYG.

Would never go anywhere else for our windows or doors
We always use EYG and have never had any problems with any job they have done for us from start to finish you are treated as a valued customer. Work just completed to remove existing metal patio doors from living room into conservatory to UPVC ones, no mess really friendly team nothing to repaint it was if a magic wand had been waved and new doors were in place. 100% recommend this company

Very professional team who did knew what to do…
Very professional team who did knew what they were doing. A couple of teething issues, but a plate of bacon butties soon put things to right. There seemed a considerable amount of work for just two men, but on the second visit there were 4, which moved things on. There was an issue with a small window whose hinge didn't want to play ball. It didn't take the engineer long to correct it.
Overall, they were very knowledgeable, methodical and happy workers, cleaning up as they went. A job well done

The windows and doors look amazing
The windows and doors look amazing. The guys that put them in worked methodically first upstairs and then downstairs the second day. There was no DIY to do after as they had left each window surround area as perfect as it was before the windows came out. Really pleased with the job done.
