EYG were excellent from start to finish, the whole installation process was very smooth. All work was done to a very high standard and tidied up after themselves.

Hull team at EYG
There where a few minor hiccups regarding pricing. But this was dealt with in a quick and professional manner. From the builder who did the lintels the fitters and the plasterer where all friendly and have done an excellent job. The quality of the windows are exceptional. I would highly recommend the Hull team at EYG.

Would never go anywhere else for our windows or doors
We always use EYG and have never had any problems with any job they have done for us from start to finish you are treated as a valued customer. Work just completed to remove existing metal patio doors from living room into conservatory to UPVC ones, no mess really friendly team nothing to repaint it was if a magic wand had been waved and new doors were in place. 100% recommend this company

Very professional team who did knew what to do…
Very professional team who did knew what they were doing. A couple of teething issues, but a plate of bacon butties soon put things to right. There seemed a considerable amount of work for just two men, but on the second visit there were 4, which moved things on. There was an issue with a small window whose hinge didn't want to play ball. It didn't take the engineer long to correct it.
Overall, they were very knowledgeable, methodical and happy workers, cleaning up as they went. A job well done

The windows and doors look amazing
The windows and doors look amazing. The guys that put them in worked methodically first upstairs and then downstairs the second day. There was no DIY to do after as they had left each window surround area as perfect as it was before the windows came out. Really pleased with the job done.

Utterly appalling service
Utterly appalling service. From the initial quote on 08.01.2026 to be told lead times would be 5 - 8 weeks. Advised a surveyor would be visiting the following week for me to chase up twice before the surveyor made the initial visit late January. After then chasing up both the Hull and Scarborough office for updates to be told the Surveyor would need to revisit.
He eventually revisited on 12.03.2026, provided plans and I agreed EYG to proceed. Having heard nothing further since then, I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to obtain an installation date to be told today the job cant be done!!! I asked for details as to why to be told the MD said it cant be done??? But Why?? I was told I would receive a full written reason as to the reason why yesterday...but, no surprise, heard nothing!
Was the job too small, too big...or they dont have the qualified staff to do the job?
Would highly suggest the management team look at the customer service provided as it would appear, its severely lacking! Would not recommend this company at all.
Having then contacted the Finance team yesterday for the return of my deposit, and being told it was processed yesterday...the payment still has not been received.
Unbelievable!

With regard to your refund, this has now been processed by our accounts team and has left our account. Depending on your bank, it may take a short time to appear in your account.
Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The initial home visit was friendly and professional, with no pressured sales pitch just and understanding of my requirements and the options available. The time scale was reasonable and on the day of the work the two fitters could not have done more to satisfy. The end product and service exceeded my expectations.

Amazing company
Great customer service from the day I rang for the salesman to come to our house.
He was lovely not “pushy” just literally asked what we would like showed us the options went through everything we wanted it was so easy.
The order went through no problem and I was kept informed all the way through.
The guys came to fit, they were lovely nothing too much trouble, left the kitchen spotless
Just an amazing company and quality doors and windows I have had 5 windows and a door this year off EYG I would deffo recommend

Don’t go there
I was cold called repeatedly and felt pushed into buying something, the workmen came to install our French doors and one in particular showed no respect for our home or anything in it he walked around like he owned the place also put dirty containers and tools onto our bed where I have an expensive velvet throw and didn’t bother to cover it first, they never cleaned up afterwards and left screws and bits of wood on the floor for my dogs to find and chew which could have resulted in an expensive trip to the vets, I saw a phone charging which could have been done at their own home before they came, the door frame and glass was dirty which I had to clean, and they didn’t install the doors properly either and one of which wouldn’t shut let alone lock, not only would I never use this company again I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies let alone friends I felt very let down as I’ve never had any problems with other companies.

Right from the initial inspection and measuring the whole service was quick and efficient. The two men who came to do the fitting were friendly, efficient and managed to do the job without any mess being created.
