I just have to say THANK YOU!!!!!

OMG - I somehow didn’t upload 1,302 of my second shooter’s images from a HS graduation - one of my hard drives ran out of space, so then I switched to a new one, and I guess LR didn’t recognize that I was missing files when I started importing again? Or I screwed up, human error. Who knows.

Regardless, that was such a rookie move, and to make things worse, I’d already formatted the SD cards because I thought I had all of the files backed up on my computer.

So here I am using Disk Drill, which has been a godsend to me when I’ve missed some files in the past. But I’ve never missed this many. #heartattack

All will be well but let this be a lesson for all photographers, and especially me, LOL, don’t format your cards until you’ve delivered the final gallery. 🤣 Thank god for good tech!!! I'm so appreciative to have Disk Drill at the ready. I wasn't sweating it at all once I saw it was still able to recover the images on the card.

Got back from a day long photoshoot with a corrupted SD card, had a look for some software to try and recover the files - Disk Drill had some good reviews, did the preview they said it looked positive for recovery, bought the year pro package, and I recovered my entire shoot, the relief is intense, the thought of telling my client and reshooting the day made me a tiny bit tense, anyway everything is backed up, so thank you cleverfiles, it was a simple process and it worked. For my first experience, it was money well spent.

I'm a content creator/podcaster and I filmed one of my guests, who's super busy and hard to book. After waiting weeks and lots of follow ups, we filmed the interview. When I tried to transfer the file from the memory card to my laptop to edit it, the file was corrupted/damaged and wouldn't open. Enter: CleverFiles. They saved my file and hours of work. disgusting business practice maybe before you repair the file tell us its paywalled so we don't have to wait 5 minutes see you dangling the file infront of us and a paywall, because i'm not paying for a service that does disgusting stuff like this preying on people who lost old files, i'm not paying that massive amount of money when i can do it myself

There are better paid and cheaper software if you really just need it to recover a few files and there isn't any physical damage with the device you want to recover files from.

Support is good, they try to help but in my case they couldn't do much and that prompted me to use another software that worked.

The interface is nice and all but the software doesn't work in so many situations that it really disappointed me because it was the algorithm that was recommended and it looked good enough.

I can only talk about the recovery option with disk drill.

Disk Drill is a good software to recover files. On Windows you get 100MB free recovering, then you should pay for the full version. The interface is nice.

Using Disk Drill could not be easier. I panicked when my precious external hard drive refused to mount. Before purchasing, the free downloaded app ran a check in a matter of minutes and confirmed that my files would be recoverable, real peace of mind before making a purchase for the software. I’d fully recommend this to anyone who has concerns over losing valuable data. 10/10!

Hi, I was devastated when my SSD became unresponsive. OUCH, I thought Gigs of files were lost. I tried other apps, none worked. Then I did a deep dive and found, DISK DRILL. Too my enormous surprise, it worked. Photos, doc, videos were all right there on the SSD that had not given up it's data to other apps.
I am sooooo pleased.

This product is so simple and straightforward without any additional requests, it just solves my problem.

Disk Drill impressed me with how fast it scanned my 1TB drive and discovered deleted files. It recovered almost everything I was looking for, and the interface was easy to use. A great recovery tool overall.

Great and responsive customer service with reliable resolution

I had a very serious issue that occurred yesterday morning... my external hd somehow became corrupted, and would NOT mount on my Mac. It was read by Disk Utility... but it could NOT be "mounted" on my desktop. In a panic I called both Apple and Western Digital (My drive brand)... and they were NO help! I google softwares for media recovery and found Disk Drill. The interface and technical aspects of the software were pretty straightforward... but what was the BEST!? The customer service on the Chat option on the website. They were FANTASTIC in Assisting me! Adobe is HORRENDOUS at Customer Service and ALL should be Fired and Replaced! The Disk Drill Team... SUPERB!

A really excellent piece of software that salvaged some important work and around twenty years' worth of family photos and videos. Can't recommend this highly enough. The company were also kind enough to honour a discount offer *after* the fact of purchase when I asked them. Outstanding product and customer service.

very good program , in first i had a problem with the payment due a network error , so i pay,d the next day (again) . but later i saw i payd twice for the same program . So i asked for a refund of one payment.
And i must say they handled it very good and quick .A few days later i received my refund .
5 stars for the helpdesk !

Correttezza e vericidità delle recensioni a parte, mi domando come si possa "aiutare" una persona a recuperare una decina di foto inerenti un tumore, facendogli perdere ore preziose in inutili lunghissime email, tutte, orientate a VENDERE e nessuna a comprendere e possibilmente, aiutare.
Davvero una bella azienda, davvero una bella assistenza.

This is an updated review. Originally I gave it 1 star and slammed them, as their agent promised a full refund (as within 2 days I realised it was not suited to what I needed), then didn't deliver. HOWEVER - a higher ranking aagent called David got back in touch with me, appologising because he saw the other agent had promised this - and done nothing for two or more weeks ! - David has given me a full refund. So absolute praise for him, as he has redeemed the name of CleverFiles or Disk drill. I would have given 5 stars but the laise-fair - nonechalant attitude of all the other agents who dealt with my request before him, would make it undeserved. Maybe I should have only given 3 stars - but the 4 is due to this one excellent agent, David.

This product is good! It helped me see that my files were recoverable. Now, I can only recover them with it by paying a large fee! :)
