Friendly, attentive and patient

My appointment from start to finish at click hearing was very good. The staff were very kind and helpful and I was totally at ease.

Very professional and worked hard to ensure the best outcome. On my trial they made me an emergency appointment to help with a few teething problems with no qualms. Lovely helpful staff

A very professional company, staff always very helpful and polite.

Took my 13 year old son for a hearing test as been complaining he couldn’t hear out of one of his ears. We didn’t get to the hearing test as Ben noticed very early on while examining his ears what the problem was and was able to resolve this.

Very professional but welcoming, calm, friendly and relaxed. We both felt comfortable and at ease.

I have been with Click for 2 years now. The service is first class with thorough regular hearing and hearing aid checks. I had a small problem with one of my hearing aids which was dealt with immediately. The staff are all very welcoming, highly professional and caring. Highly recommended.

Always excellent customer service

I visited Click hearing in Upminster. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome.
My test was approximately 2.5 hours, the whole time my audiologist put me at ease, explaining each test as he was going along.
I would highly recommend.

The lady my parents saw was very patient, kind & understanding as my mum had a bad experience in the past but click hearing was brilliant and put my mums mind at rest, will continue to use

I went to click hearing didn’t know what to expect but the staff were very good gave me an hearing test then looked to see if there was any wax you can look at the screen while this is being done and they talk you through it then told me there and then if something was wrong
