Superb service from Leah! she sorted out Evri when our package was delayed...and we got it delivered. Also more drawer rails were sent than we needed, so we have spares too...excellent all round.

I had a couple of parts of some kit furniture slightly damaged and could not locate the parts but Leah kept digging until she found the correct parts and has ordered them for me, top quality work and not often found these days, well done

Absolutely amazing service that, in my opinion, is rarely seen these days. I bought a swinging garden seat several years ago from Argos. A small part broke this year and I didn’t think there was any chance of getting a replacement. However I remembered I’d kept the instructions. That gave me the details I needed to get a replacement and as soon as I made contact with what I now know to be Click Spares, (and specifically Leah) the assistance couldn’t have been more quick, efficient and courteous. Within a just a few days I had the new part

I bought a second hand stair gate and the fixings were knackered. These guys helped me find out which bits I needed and even chased up after the delivery failed (and I was unaware!)

We bought some garden furniture from Aldi fora. very good price. It was good quality overall but some of the quality control on fixings was not the best. We'd already assembled the furniture and then started to experience issues. I was really stressed thinking we'd have to return the item to store, but click spares are sending out the parts we need so we can fix the item we bought. It was all sorted within 48 hours and we are due to receive the parts in the next couple of days. Really amazing service from and clear customer communications from Emma - thank you so much!

ClickSpares came through for me when a major piece was missing from the coffee table in the sideboard, TV unit and coffee table suite bought from Argos.
Within seconds of our emailed query 20 April I had an auto-reply acknowledgment, in minutes a personal email requesting further details, which I fully answered. Within the hour a personal email stating the required part was on it’s way and should be with us in three days.
