Cluttons Reviews

Excellent experience with the sale of a property in London W2. It was a long process & throughout both Verity Chick & Bek Airpov were both professional & very helpful. Verity was always available to answer questions advise on issues & help with much form filling.

I had a very complicated sale of a flat in London. We used Veriy from Cluttons Hyde Park and she was fantastic , there were many obstacles to the sale and Verity led me through the whole processes there were many moving parts to this sale and to add to the complication I am living in Ireland ,but Verity kept me informed and advised on how to go about getting over different problems, documents being signed just one, this was a very long winded process dealing with the Council, Solicitors and different laws in U.K. to Ireland
So yes go to Cluttons Hide park and ask for Verity every time

Gemma and Madeline made our flat search and move in process seamless, easy, and straightforward. We really appreciated their help and professionalism - couldn't recommend them more!

Calum was absolutely amazing during our property search in Wapping, London. He showed us around a beautiful flat, and with his support and guidance we were able to send and receive acceptance of our offer within just a few days.

Additionally, we ran into several issues surrounding referencing; Calum was a great support during this, offering us constant communication and talking to us on the phone to help explain things to us. With his help, we were able to overcome the issues and sign the tenancy agreement for our dream flat (where I am now writing this from!).

The team at Cluttons were all also extremely friendly when we went in, and I know Calum kindly gave my partner a lift to the property for the key handover.

The property was also in pristine condition when we arrived to move in and it's clear hard work had been put in/organised in order to get the flat ready for us.

I have to say, this is my first and so far only positive experience with a letting agent in London; we have both had some terrible experiences with other agencies this year, and so I'm incredibly grateful Calum and the team at Cluttons have provided such a positive experience for my partner and I's first property together! I'll be recommending Cluttons to everyone now.

Gemma was absolutely fantastic throughout my property search in London. From our very first interaction, she was incredibly communicative, responsive, and attentive to my needs. I was in a unique situation relocating from the US to the UK, and she went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible.

She took the time to walk me through the nuances of the UK rental market, patiently answering all my questions and explaining each step in detail. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable.

I truly couldn’t have done it without her support and guidance. Highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agent in London!

I had a series of small transactions to complete and consequently the fee income for for Cluttons wasn't large. Nevertheless I got the same highly professional service I've enjoyed for close on 30 years. On this occasion well done George Barker, great work.

As a renewing tenant, Alkis was fast and efficient in producing the necessary paperwork and gaining the e-signatures to conclude the process

The team at Cluttons were pro-active, cohesive and very supportive, which enabled the selling of our flat within the stamp duty deadline.

I've seen several apartments before finding my ideal one. During my choice, I was carefully supported by Calum, who was able to listen to my needs and conciliate the mutual requests in the best possible way. Calum was available all the time for my requests and always effective during all the process.

We used them for the sale of a leasehold flat, good service from start to finish. Thanks to Hamish particularly.

Calum is professional and very responsive, we appreciate his help throughout the leasing process.

We used Cluttons at Tower Bridge to sell our 3 bedroom apartment in Butlers Wharf . Thanks to George Barker for a targeted off market sale completed in under 3 months with efficiency and professionalism (and excellent marketing photographs). We would highly recommend .

We had a very positive experience renting our apartment through Cluttons. Throughout the entire tenancy, Alkis, Laura, and Abby were professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Any questions or issues that came up were handled promptly and efficiently, which made us feel well-supported as tenants. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service and would gladly recommend them to others.

Great experience dealing with Cluttons in Wapping. Abby and Laura were very responsive and very involved throughout the process. The communication was great, updates were regular and comprehensive, and they were the perfect liaison amongst all parties. Very professional and I highly recommend Cluttons based on my recent experience. Thank you for the attention and care.

The Cluttons team, Verity in particular, were extremely proactive in finding a buyer and managed the process for us, overcoming challenges and proposing solutions throughout our journey.

Excellent service. The deal was completed in 8 working days.

We used George from Tower Bridge Cluttons to sell our first property in Rotherhithe as we had such a good experience dealing with him on the purchase of that property 5 years ago. Despite the sale going on for a good few months, George handled everything brilliantly right from the offset. He is professional, kind, friendly and just everything you could wish when selling your property. We will continue to highly highly recommend him for years to come.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Maria Deneva (Wapping Office), who has been doing a fantastic job managing our flat. Maria is highly responsive, dedicated, and client-oriented. Her professionalism and commitment have made a significant difference and her ongoing support is one of our highlights of living in this flat.

We had finally find our new place thanks to Calum ! He had understand our needs and priorities and has been really helpful and available during the all process. Thank you a lot !

I had an exceptional experience with Cluttons Hyde Park Estate, thanks to the incredible support from Gemma and Madeline. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making the entire process as smooth as possible.

Their expertise, and proactive approach made everything seamless. They went above and beyond to keep me informed and addressing any questions with patience and clarity.
