⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service and a Beautiful En-Suite!
I recently bought a new en-suite set and radiator from CNM Online and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The customer service really stood out — the staff were so helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed.
They guided me through the options, answered all my questions quickly, and made the process completely stress-free. Delivery was prompt, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the quality of the en-suite and radiator are excellent.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such outstanding customer care. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and will definitely be recommending CNM Online to friends and family!

Great customer service
I unfortunately first received a faulty unit.
However they phoned me the same day and had a replacement sent next day.
They use APC delivery and they were also good.
The unit itself is simple, small and quiet. Heats well with a reasonable flow.

Fresh smelling environment now
Ordering was easy and a speedy delivery, I did order a white oxygen air freshener box but a black one arrived but that wasn’t a problem, in fact it was better for us.
