Exactly What I Needed – So Glad I Found These!

Honestly, I’d been looking everywhere for a small column radiator to fit under a low window, and no one seemed to do the size I needed — until I came across CNM Online. They had a 2-column radiator that’s only 300mm high and 515mm wide, which is exactly what I was after. Couldn’t believe my luck!

They’ve got loads of different lengths too, all the same low height, so it’s perfect if you’re working with limited space like I was.

I went for the floor fixing feet option since my wall isn’t the strongest, and they’re spot on — all the weight goes through the feet so I didn’t have to worry about it pulling away from the wall. Everything came in the same colour finish too, which is a nice touch.

I was also really surprised by the heat output — for such a small radiator, it kicks out loads of heat. Way better than I expected.

Really happy overall. Great size options, loads of colours, and fast delivery too. Would 100% recommend if you’re struggling to find a compact radiator that still does the job.

I recently had two Fin Hutchingson radiators installed — 1800mm tall with 59mm pipes — and I can honestly say I’m blown away. I was a bit worried at first, especially as I was replacing my old radiators with these bespoke vertical ones and running them on microbore plastic pipe (15mm reduced to 10mm). I wasn’t sure if the output would be enough for my space.

But honestly, these radiators have exceeded every expectation. Each one kicks out 6229 BTUs and the heat they give off is phenomenal — instant, consistent, and far more powerful than I expected from the setup. They’ve completely transformed the feel of the room, both in warmth and in style. The design is sleek and stunning, and they feel like a serious upgrade in every way.

Huge thanks to the team behind these — I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s rare that something both looks this good and performs this well. Total peace of mind and zero regrets.

We ordered a tap which unfortunately had too short a spot for our sink so returned the item unused. They refused to refund as they said it had been damaged. Upon the return of the tap the 'damage' to the tap was what appeared to be a bit of glue which wiped off easily. The other damage was to the arm that operates the plug which I know was not done by me and couldn't possibly have happened in transit so draw your own conclusion.

Long delivery after paying extra for next day. Courier let them down, but that is their responsibility not mine.
Jess was very apologetic and refunded the delivery charge, thank you.

Recently refurbished my house and wanted some designer radiators to complete the look. CNM had a wide range of products to choose from which can be daunting when try to buy the right thing. However their customer service was second to none. My call was answered within seconds and I was given expert advice on models based on room size and type. Without this advice I would have probably gone on to chose the wrong product. I can't recommend CNM highly enough.

Exceptionally good customer service.
On my online order I mixed up the delivery and invoice address and received exceptionally good customer service from Diane who ensured this mix-up got fixed and then got my radiator shipped from the warehouse so that it arrived exactly on the day that I needed.

Great Customer service, genuinely made it hassle free; had an issue with a product, a replacement was shipped the very next day and collection of the faulty unit collected. Would recommend.

I bought a water heater and it was different then on the website... And I sent it back... now they are pretending that i send it broken and they don’t want to give us refund
