Delivery was well communicated and arrived as scheduled. The wood chipper was well packaged and was easy to assemble. Unexpectedly there was 600ml of oil included. It has been very good in use. strugg... Toon meer

Every step of the process was 1st Class. Spoke with product adviser & their input was genuinely very informative. I was advised to go for a cheaper option based on my requirements. Arrived within 24 h... Toon meer
Delivery was as promised. Item was as described and works well. Construction of the device, a lawn spreader, was far from easy, but eventually went together ok.
Really pleased with the service. Ordered a Cobra mower early Monday evening with next-day delivery, received confirmation straight away and it was dispatched the following day and delivered on Wedne... Toon meer

Failure to Provide Replacement Part
I have a Cobra powered wheeled strimmer just over a year old. It’s a good machine but 6 months ago it needed a replacement clutch cable. It was first going to take 4 months, then an another month, and then another month. So 6 months waiting, and still waiting, for a part for a machine which is still being sold. Extremely poor customer service and I would have thought that after all this time they could have extracted one from the pipeline.

Reliable garden tools
Ordering fairly simple, delivery next day so no complaints. You Tube channel is a benefit and I have a local dealer who can handle warranty and returns. My only issue is the strimmer instructions do not match the product and the images are pixelated and unusable. Thankfully the online videos are spot on.

Spares easily available - phone people very helpful
Cobra Blower Vac is very easy to start, plus spares availability superb. One call to Jordan with part numbers from the appliance's web - page and was up and running.
Very impressed with service.

Great company
Great company.
Bought this great lawnmower. First one arrived with the connecting wire broken. Replaced with no quibble at all - couldn't have been more helpful.
I'm and OAP and its light, easy to put together and powerful, it coped with my large garden with no problem.

Lawmmower gearbox
Lawmmower gearbox broke after several years of use.Product was serviced every season. Purchased and had a new gearbox fitted. Broke again on first cut!! I emailed the customer service support with pictures to show issue - nothing!!
Phoned twice, with the promise of a return call. Nothing!!
Appreciate the warranty only covers for 2 years, but the aftersales is pretty poor and I'd expect the product to last much longer than just beyond the warranty period.
Disappointed as pleased with the machine, but customer service is absolutely terrible, so not buying from them again!! Beware!!
