Needed a new lawnmower so went online and found just what I was looking for and at an attractive price.
The Company's website was very easy to use and a purchase was made. Confirmation was quickly received and I was amazed that delivery was so quick. The lawnmower itself looks to be a first class product and my wife cannot wait to start using it. Excellent service from this company.

Very helpful and quick to respond to our order for a cordless lawnmower. Unfortunately the courier let them down by taking an extra day to deliver.

The lawnmower is good - just getting used to the lightness after having had a metal petrol mower for a long time.

Easy order and very quick delivery but did not respond to my battery concern when I registered the mower for warranty.

Absolutely terrible service having bought a garden tractor ride on mower.

After purchase, no communication; no email tracking; no advance notice of delivery.

Just turned up and left on my open drive a random 10 days later and I wasn't home and had to rush back. The mower was then left fully wrapped on a height of two pallets which had to then be sawn off around the wheels so as to get the vehicle out and taken to the garden, which had I been given notice would have advised for delivery.

After phoning my concern, I was told it was standard practice to dump it fully wrapped on a pallet and you can sort it out yourself. In fact, one of the advisors seemed decidedly uninterested and she told me she wasn't feeling well and didn't feel like being there that day. So that's great.

Nearly £3K and no customer service at all.

I highly advise finding a company who delivers with care and responsibility when investing in such equipment. Definitely not this one.

I purchased the Cobra MX4140V four years ago, and while it has performed excellently, I’ve now hit a major hurdle. The battery has now failed, and a replacement costs nearly 50% of the mower's original price. Economically, this isn't a sustainable long-term investment; for the price of a new battery, I could buy a brand-new corded or petrol mower. Given that my last mower lasted 20 years, a 4-year lifespan for a key component makes this hard to recommend.

Quick delivery. Easy to set-up - the videos were very helpful. It is cutting well also.

I purchased a ride on mower cover which arrived within 48 hours and is a good tailored fit. A fault free experience.

I purchased a Cobra MX460S40V battery mower on 28 Aug 2023. It has been lightly used, and the battery and
charger have been kept in dry condition in my home.
It is now failing to function. My last mower was a Honda
which I purchased in 1982 and has lasted for over 40 yrs.
There does not seem much point in trying to get the cobra repaired!

Seamless transaction and delivery. Instruction sheet could challenge you if your not mechanically minded.

Bought this lawn mower after reading reviews, watching Clio’s and some one recommended it too, I’m not disappointed what an excellent lawnmower easy to assemble, easy to use and great finish and the lines it leaves due to it rear rolled is unreal.

Product arrived on time and seems to work

I have used the mower 5 times.
1. Not having to have a lead is great.
2. There is more than enough battery power to mow my 30 sq ft back lawn & the much smaller front lawn twice.
3. Charging & inserting / removing the battery is simple.
4. The grass collector is quite capaciously, not requiring changing during a normal mowing.
5. The mower is quite quiet.
6. I find the handle folding ‘system’ to be less than perfect, but workable all the same.
7. I can only get the mower on the highest height setting by lying the mower on its side.
8. Contrary to what I thought from online research the mower is made in the PRC.

Excellent product, delivered with oil and the necessary tools to set it up

Pleased with my purchase. I went off recommendation from my son. The only thing I am disappointed with is the weight of the machine. I used to have a Viking mower which was a lot lighter.
